RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 zucchini.
Salt.
Mix.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 onions.
sunflower oil.
Cover and cook over medium heat!
1 carrot.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat!
4 peppers.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook covered for 5-7 minutes over medium heat!
Remove water from zucchini.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat!
3 eggs.
Milk 300 ml. / 1.5 cups.
olive oil 30ml
Flour 5 tablespoons.
baking powder 10 gr.
Mix very well.
Add the garlic 5 minutes before the end!
Dill.
Mix.
sunflower oil.
Vegetables are ready.
Add the mixture and spread it out.
Cheese 150 gr. / 1-2 cups.
It will be so delicious!
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons.
yogurt 3 teaspoons.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
Green Onion.

Looks good; gonna save this & try it when my zucchini is ready for harvest in a couple of months. I make a similar saute with it and put eggs and bake it like a quiche/frittata and it's always good but this looks great too and I wanna try it.
