- We chat with Justin about his covers at the Griffith Park ditch before a REAL premiere. He shares about his Thrasher cover in SF shot by Luke Ogden, his Sugar cover shot by Eric Antione in Rotterdam, his Monster Skate catalog cover shot by Brian Gaberman in Pacifica, & his SLAP truck cover shot by Joe Brook. Then we jump to his 2002 Transworld cover shot by Pete Thompson in Barcelona, then his pivot fakie Slap cover shot by Joe Brook outside Sebastopol, and finally his Lowcard cover shot by Ken Goto in SF. (plus an additional Slap shared cover at the Daly City mini ramp)

One of the smoothest badass skateboarders from my era of skating. A great era it was too! Man, I am loving this series! Thank you for what you're doing, and thank you Justin..For all the skate sessions you and other skateboarders got me and my friends hyped up for. ❤😊
Glad you enjoy them.
Quite literally, yesterday, I was riding my bike to the thrift store and was humming the track from Strubing's part in Art Bars. That's my favorite skate vids and his part was solid - Markovich's part is my favorite but I'm just a fan of that video in general. That was a skate video that we (my friend and I) bought, when it released, and watched it every, single day for a few years.
this dude was skating with style and finesse when a lot of folks were just focused on doing the craziest tricks. pretty much the way most kids skate now days can be attributed to dudes influence
always loved him.Great great style and looks really cool.
