Even though,he is considered to be God's Pet. He and Eve were sent in Hades(Hell's original name/form,pure infernal hell of darkness),but after things....escelated,so to say,God have made a choice and made them it's angels. They are still it's pawn in this situation,just as much as Lucifer and the Six other Archangels.
Some denominations consider Adam to be Michael the archangel.

@@hiddendesire3076 Lucifer wasn`t said to be an archangel, what happened was some theologians confused him with Samael who was an archangel of death and like Satan and most of his other mythological influences was originally relatively neutral or benign despite being darker and grimmer than the other angels considering his job but the notion of a supreme force of evil came later when the Israelites were in subjection to Babylon and Persia.

With the angels having their demon like designs the creator Vivzipop did say that when angles are in hell they take on a more demonic look and if demons were in heaven they would take on a more angelic appearance so that's most likely why Adam looks like that.
I wonder how that works since he wasn’t even there. He was a hologram. Maybe we’ll find out that it projects a specific vision of himself but if it was running on Zoom call rules, he should have kept a more heavenly angelic form since he was calling from Heaven.
Maybe the hologram was affected because of being in Hell.

With the whole redemption thing, how would the redeemed souls even travel up to heaven? Alex Brightman makes everything he's a part of so much better, and I really hope he never has done or will do anything to make this comment age poorly.
The most hysterical thing about 'guitar solo!' is when we see Adam summon an actual electric guitar a minute later and shred on it. Meaning that he is only air guitaring in Charlie's face because he /wants/ to troll her with air guitar.
Its true, Litlith was Adams first wife. But Lilith refused to submit to Adam and wanted to be treated equally. So God banished her from the Garden of Eden. Then Lilith was replaced by a woman more submissive. Then Lilith encountered Lucifer, fell in love with him and had a child with him. The only wrong part is Lilith and Lucifers child wasnt a girl it was a boy named Hormin, the first Nephilim.
The camera holding isn't an error, btw. It has never been said Vaggie can't see out of her "X" eye. People just assumed that.
To be fair, Adam doesn't make mistakes. He IS the mistake.

8:21 Facts. Lilith or "lilit" was in theory the first wife of adam but she decided to disobey adam and she was banished from the garden of eden.
Before that, she was a Sanskrit and Mesopotamian goddess similar to Kali in Hinduism. The Early Jews and Christians didn`t get along with Indians, Persians and Babylonians to say the least so they demonized their pantheons literally and figuratively alike.
I love and binged all 4 episodes that are out as soon as I could. Can't wait to see you guys react to Alastor singing in Stay Gone. So far I am really impressed with the series! In the Q&A released for the early access... Vivzie herself confirms that they did a second audition for all the original cast of the Pilot to give them the chance to demonstrate they had what was required for the show itself.
it is clear as day that Vivzie it's a theater kid, she's a big fan of musicals... therefore it makes sense why almost all the new voice actors are from Broadway, so no... i don't think A24 nor Amazon where the ones who "demanded" the new cast to be broadway names.
The cast was changed simply because it was what Vivzie needed to fulfill her vision for the show.
To add to this, Vivzie had confirmed a while ago that her dream castings included Weird Al as Lucifer and Mark Hamill as Vox.
Since we didn't get either of those, it's easy to assume Amazon was directly invovled with the casting as well.
Michael got axed still because he wasn’t in Sag-Aftra, even though the studio had time to file the paperwork for him to have the contract despite not being in the union.

In this episode:
- It starts of the same way like the pilot: mainly in black and white and giving some explanation of the show's lore.
- Speaking of the pilot, there are nods that it did happen and the show takes place after it. In Alastor's commercial for the hotel, there's a shot where Charlie is explaining to, 666 news anchor, Katie Killjoy about the Hazbin Hotel. Although, she's seen in her design for the show rather than the pilot's. After being show the commercial, Vaggie tells Alastor how he showed up a week ago to help run it. Speaking of, there's later a shot of the heaven embassy saying the next extermination is in "358" days, whereas the pilot had that same shot and it said "365" days. There's the part where our beloved spider boi said he crashes at the hotel rent free, he said this in the pilot. There's a scene that has Vaggie saying that the extermination "...just happened". As well as when Alastor tells Vaggie to make a deal with him, she refuses and Alastor says it's not a soul kind of deal is something that was also said in the pilot.
- The hotel key turned into a cat, the cat's name is "Keekee". Their name is a play on the fact that they are the embodiment of the hotel's key.
- Before Alastor's commercial of the hotel ends, it has a crude drawing of the hotel and words around it like "50% off", "$1", "no tacky circus decor, I promise", "neat" and it's pointing to the hotel, "haha! I named it" and it's pointing to the hotel's sign, "best part" and it's pointing to Alastor's radio set (oh Al hehe), "sale!", "ship! I guess" and it points to the part of the hotel with a pirate ship in it and a scribbled out Danger sign.
- Another thing about the end part of Alastor's commercial, it says "Call now! or don't, I don't care! We STILL don't have a working phone". Nice one, Al. haha.
- When Alastor is seen in his commercial for the hotel, Vaggie's commerical for the hotel and when Vaggie tried to film him the visual gets distorted and even wrecked as show with the aforementioned scene of vaggie trying to film him. It has been stated in the early days of Hazbin Hotel's production that he died back in 1933, the golden age of RADIO. He even says in the aforementioned bit of vaggie trying to film him that "...this face was made for radio".
- To further convey that Alastor died from that point in human history is his mocking definition of the hotel's television set when talking about the commercial. Speaking of, whilst the hotel's tv was after Alastor's time, it's one of the old television sets.
- In the scene where our beloved spoods that is Anthony "Angel Dust" suggests to get freaky with Alastor to attract possible patron for the hotel, the radio demon responds with "Ha! Never going to happen" This is a nod (possibly), and as the renegades pointed out, to the comical scene in the pilot: "And what can you do, my effeminate fellow" "I can s--- ya d---!" "*record scratch* Ha! No" "Alright, your loss"
- Speaking of our spider boi, there's a scene where he begins tooting his horn and, with the aid of the subtitles too, the last thing he says is "...the chest fluff which everyone think are t---". This is a, rather explicit but, fourth wall/meta jab that there's ADULT fan art out there portraying our boi indeed rocking a set of honkers and these stem from people seeing how Vivziepop and crew animated his chest, albeit the pilot or something else official. Heck, during that scene, our boi even interacts with his chest that same aforementioned way which spawned that particular type of fan art of his.
- When it shows Charlie getting called by her father, Lucifier, the contact photo is of his old design.
- There's a scene during the "happy day in hell" number where Charlie hitches a ride with a post truck and the company is called "Helluva post". As the renegades pointed out once more, this is a nod to Hazbin Hotel's sibling show, Helluva Boss. Furthermore, people that bought merchandise from the HH website have a shipping method to choose from called "Helluva post".
- At the very end of "happy day in hell", there's two cannibals seen eating some intestines(?) in the same way as that iconic spaghetti scene from Lady and The Tramp.
- There's guest voices. Katie Killjoy VA in the show is Brandon Rogers, this is a nod to Brandon rogers having a character called Bryce Hankthrust and they act just like how Katie Killjoy. Katie was voice by Faye Mata in the pilot, Faye mata aka at least known also as Glitz and Glam's speaking voice and half their singing voice from Helluva Boss. Adam aka THE adam is voiced by Alex Brightman. He's known for many broadway roles such as the broadway Beetlejuice AND Helluva Boss' robo fizz and fizzaroli. Finally, the slug trench coat demon aka the "...touch my parts!" guy in the "Happy day in hell" number is guest voiced by Mick Lauer. Yes, the guy at least known as Husk in the Hazbin Hotel pilot makes an appearance in the show when Keith David is now the voice of Husk.
- In the scene where Vaggie asks Alastor, he initially gives her a camera from his time.
- When Vaggie is seen looking into the video camera as she films, as pointed out by the renegades, she looks into it with her bad eye.
- At points throughout the episode, Anthony "Angel Dust" flirts with Husk just like in the pilot.
- The scene of THE Adam eating some ribs is a biblical nod to how Eve was created from one of Adam's ribs.
- In the scene where our spoods tells Vaggie "You're doing great, Vagina", it's a nod to the prequel hazbin comic.
- In "hell is forever, there's a part where Adam says "Guitar solo, f--- yeah!" and makes guitar solo noises. The fact he's voiced by (again) Alex brightman makes the scene look like a parallel to bits in Helluva Boss where Alex as Fizzaroli did the same thing.
- A few times in this episode we see Charlie get mad and in turn she grows horns whilst her eye go red. This is her demon form, it appeared in the pilot and here it is in the show. Same goes for alastor, whilst partial, we get to see a bit of his demon form.
- When Vaggie's about to make her commercial AND when later we briefly see it, everyone and herself are dressed in the same clothes as the one's they wore in the pilot during Alastor's reprise song. Nifty even does a Marilyn Monroe pose.
- When we see the dead exorcist, it shows that their (and probably those in heaven) blood is gold yellow.

9:20 I get them being exiled, but I think it also would've worked having mention be made of other fallen angels, since in the actual mythos, Lucifer led a third of Heaven in a failed rebellion.
The problem is that in the hazbin verse, there was no violent rebellion, it was just Charlie's parents and they didn't even rebel violently. The point is that there was no fighting, just two people who broke the rules.

@@sonofjack6286 Potentially, but in the meeting, Lute referred to the non-sinners as hellborn, implying they were born there, I personally feel that only the royal demons are fallen angels while the hellborn are just species made by the fallen angels as servants to do the menial jobs the royals can't be bothered with.
The death of an angel (probs a former human) at the hands of those they assume to be below them is quite fitting given the sinful hypocrisy and pride displayed by those just beyond the pearly gates. Perhaps through the frutition of those bound to the fiery as well as the furious invisible hand of the creator infuriated at the hypocrisy and sins of they’re supposed servants shall render the Aetheric ones a fine red paste.

I've always been curious about what made vivziepop characterize Adam the way she did, especially since it reminds me of Samson.
I loved episode 1 and I'm glad they spoke about the comments on trailer reaction video. I was one of the upset ones, but understood that the full picture wasn't revealed to them until AFTER they uploaded. Enough with the past, though. I'm excited about the future of this show

Oh! Got another "fun" fact here. Just before HH went public on Prime video...the OG/pilot cast released a farewell song called "thank you and goodnight" T-Thank guys, thanks. Hahaha XD I kid. As that song well put it, to OG/pilot cast will surely take and do much more phenomenal voice over and/or musical work outside of HH. ;D

When I first watched the pilot episode, I thought it was meh, in a bad way, but with a good concept. Now having watched the 5 episodes available, I've found myself extremely enjoying it
