Knee Pain Case Study - Fall/Winter 2022

In this video, I present a current case of a client seeking help with knee pain. I outline his symptoms, findings from assessment, and my approach to treatment and home exercise for this specific case.
If you have knee pain, this video might contain some useful information for you, but I always encourage everyone to seek an in-person assessment to find out what is causing your ailment. There are many factors involved with chronic pain and injury. Although the site of pain might be the same (knees in this case), the cause of your knee pain can be very different from the case that I am presenting here. Each case is to be treated individually.
