I think Ed did not understand the administrative and politics of Hbcu in and outside. A pell grant at Miami is more money in your pocket. This is because only about 15 percent of the students on financial aid. Miami do not need the money. They have very rich donors. HBCU's 90 percent of the students are on financial aid. They do not have the rich old white men giving them money

Ed Reed grow up. You were unprofessional and should have terminated immediately after that first video. You know every organization has a media policy. You're still probably the best free safety of all-time. Apologize for your mistakes and if you really want to be a coach in the future, accept being a position or coordinator for a few years. This interview is disgraceful.
