Wood science!! Yeah I'm still here lol. With the wood glue, I've found that a cotton swob that's wet cleans it up very well.
That turned out great. Worth the time

I drill and pin with toothpicks w/ a dab of glue.
You have a band saw, make your own. I use my table saw and use fence boards.
