- Tiny cars need a tiny garage. These dioramas are so much fun to build and today I'm excited to showcase my latest 1/24 scale garage build. Utilizing many 3D printed accessories and even some random junk, I've been able to bring this garage to life. I'll be showcasing the full build process to hopefully help and inspire any builders interested in doing a similar project.

This was a very fun project! Is it too early to start building one for USTE 2024? As always thanks for watching everyone. 👍
Sweeeeeeet setup!
Can I get your website?
Maybe run an air line parallel to the electrical conduit, with taps every so often. That way you can show shop air without taking up space with a compressor. Alternatively, make some air fittings to mount through the wall if you don't want to run air line. Also, try adding a bit of PVA glue to the black wash for your shop rag to stiffen/ toughen it for transport. Add a bit of blue tape to the open intake manifolds and exhaust ports. This is done IRL to keep stuff from getting into the valve ports and pistons. If you have some local shops that would be willing to let you walk through, and maybe take reference pictures to get some real-world ideas. It's the small details that really set off a diorama.
Fantastic!!!
A garage door on the right side rear wall would finish it off. Nice job on everything
Awesome. Might just have to make a day trip to Williston.
The Stool, shelves and milk crates have been a staple in my shop for years.
Another simple way to measure for 1/24 scale dioramas is simply to note that 1 foot = 1/2 inch.
I’m about halfway through my garage build now. The corrugated plastic is exactly what I was looking for to replace my poster board floor. Prior to that, I used styrofoam coated in a mod podge/plaster/paint mix and that looked AMAZING but was too thick and cumbersome.
Mine is all scratch-built items using styrene and various hobby wood (balsa, etc.). Today, I added a little 12x8 loft area where the garages office/lounge will be so that means tons of new little accessories to build!
Anyway, I love what you do. Keep
Rockin’!
I will never regret to be a patreon to your channel. I think i will soon start to build my own garage. Keep it up :) You inspired me for 1:24 fwd chassis that I'm still working on.
Thank you for your support! These garage builds are a lot of fun.
Awesome! I'd add a bench grinder!
Must build something like this, looks awesome 👍
I can't wait to see this in person!
Very nice job
🔵🔵🔵👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂🔵🔵🔵
Wow !!! I’m going to get my hubby into this craft so we can buy stuff from your website. Love it !!
Magnifique
Just finished my 1/10 skate shop diorama for my tech deck/ a cool place to get some photos for my 1/10 cars
Awesome! You forgot to add a air compressor! How are you going to use the air hose??
❤
Needs a big stand up twin cylinder air compressor.. just my thought...looks awesome....
Awesome work, I definitely have a long way to go to get my diorama looking as good as this one
Nice work!
I have one twenty fifth scale motorcycle shup Dial ramus that I made when I was 12 years old 42 years ago.
I had to make everything by hand you didn't have fancy three d printers
I wonder how difficult it would be to make the car lift actually function going up and down, a nice modification to an already cool existing product
The lift is fully functional as a real one would be as far as adjustable height and the arms are able to rotate and slide in and out. It is all manual of course. If you're talking about making it go up and down with a motor, that would require modifications.
@@MakeItRC yes , motorized with small 3d printed drive parts , or maybe use watch gears etc
Good job, very nice!
Love this build its so cool keep up the good work 😁
L I K E 👍👍👍👍👍👍💥 💯💥💯💥💯💥🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
so i have this 10cm figurine that i want to display in a parking garage. 1:18 motorcyle is the right size for him and i think maybe 1:24 car is also the perfect size if hes standing next to it. now which garage size should i get for him ? 1:18 or 1:24 garage ?
As a fellow dio builder I love to see what people come up with. This turned out great! Also, I would be interested in some of the scale items. Will these items be added to your printed items or only in file format?
Per the description (and checking the shop) he sells printed parts, and files are available on Patreon
Are the wall outlets for sale
Which 3D printer do you use?
Can i get scale shop accessories shipped to UK?
You are one of my favourite CZcamsrs and i love your videos but i want toget into converting model kits to Rc i have a 1 25th scale model but i dont have a printer to make parts nor do i live in the Us so i cant buy parts, if anyone knows any other youtubers i could watch to help me build it please tell me Thank you
i make all my 1-10 scale diorama do you make any 1-10 scale items
Not at this time. Would be a cool project to do dioramas in 1/10 scale, however a bit harder to find the space. If you have a 3D printer, all of our STL files can be scaled to any size you need.
