Very much my situation. 3rd party is his boss who treats him like a possession instead of an employee. He calls at all hours, expects him to change plans on a whim because he wants something. After 10 years with this guy he only had 1 week of vacation last year. Sometimes it feels like the boss doesn't want us together because it interferes with his "ownership" of my ex. It's exactly why we split up the last time. He seems to always have to put 'us' on the back burner when this guy says jump. This reading is accurate for exactly a year ago. I was in this state with the ex Virgo and I made the choice to walk away then. He was cheating and lying about it and he refused to come out clean.
