Pakistan itself is the reason for the ongoing Taliban issue. As Sir says, their incubation started in the 80s, and later, after gaining benefits, they did not pay attention and left the problem half-solved. Now, having grown and possessing the power of arms, they want to implement their ideologies in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Afghanistan's unwillingness to wipe them out is further excerbating the issue.

I wish I would have been there at this podcast. Idk who this guy tariq is but he doesn't have his facts 100% straight. Most of what he has said is being known by the ppl of KPK already. I am from FATA and i am from military family background at one hand while my relatives have been part of Afghan Jihad against America on the other hand. Not to boost off or something but this has given me a unique perspective on the matter and I have talked and discussed issues with both sides of ppl and got to know their perspective on the matter. "Militancy in Islam and esp in Pukhtoons and then esp. in Pukhtoons of FATA" have remained my fav subject for the last 10 years.

With all due respect you disappointed me sir. Such things can't be expect from a mentor and on education platform. You directly declared pashtoons as a terrorists then what is a difference between you and Trump. For pashtoon you both are same and pashtoon must need to b unite and radicalized against such mind set and those who present their bad side. Don't you know who made use of their pashtoon history and radicalized them? Don't you think after taking advantage it was state responsibility to de radicalize them?
