    This is great, but I find that any letterhead I make keeps repeating on every page. How can one stop that happening? I only want the letterhead on the first page and blank pages following (until I insert text of course).

      Don't put any of the letterhead design in the headers and footers and it will only appear on the first page. If you want it on another page you can always group everything together and simply copy and paste it in.

      @@LisaDoe Thank you. I had been labouring under the misapprehension that the checkbox of "different on first page" was for letterhead purposes. Obviously it isn't. You have helped enormously. Thanks again.
