Nutrafol has been a game changer for me. I take two in the am and pm. I also go to the hairdresser weekly and do not apply heat in between.

I love Nutrafol expensive but worth it! I will say I had similar issues with my hair line and it started after baby like almost a year after baby. I didn’t want to guess so I went straight to dermatologist…they told me I had androgenetic alopecia after a scalp biopsy . The nutrafol helped but not in that area. I was given a treatment with oral minoxidil which I have to take for the rest of my life and it is what slowed down the breakage and allowed my hair to grow longer in that area without it my hair would break off or fall in that area no matter what delicate styling, oils, etc… I used. Seeing as you’re in your 30’s and just had a baby I would definitely look into getting a scalp biopsy to make sure you rule out any underlying issues, bc supplements, hair oils can only can do so much…otherwise you will most likely experience a receding hairline IF there’s a condition. Hormones get real different the older you get and it affects soooo much and hair is one of the big ones. Love your channel and congrats again!
