I factory reset mine but when I turned it on it asked for the previous pin or Gmail account. How do I bypass that or actually have the phone factory reseted?

Watch a tutorial video about Gmail bypass on some phones. There are certain ones that will work and some that wouldn't, but it might work anyway just because it's an Android device.
