How did it take for u to lose 25kgs by if
@@priya22104 I started the IF in the month of March 22. On an average I lost 2 to 3kgs per month. In fact I lost the first 10kgs quite fast. The remaining 15 took more time. Now, though I almost maintain the same fasting / eating window, I'm not even losing 1 kg anymore. Which means I've hit a plateau and needs more than just fasting. I'll need strength training to increase my metabolism and much more care on what I eat supplimented with occassional extended fasting window (like 24 hrs or more) to overcome this plateau and loose more weight.
