Cecilia Waterfall Hike | Table Mountain National Park

This is a moderate hike with amazing views. I really enjoyed the variety you can see on this hike and I am sure dogs will also enjoy this one. The waterfall is amazing and try and go after a good rain for a better water flow. This is also the last hike for the year so I will see you all next year 😁.

@@garnettsnyman hi again Garnett; i used to live in Cape Town and loved many walks in Newlands Forest, which was magical . (Apparently J.R.Tolkein was inspired by it having been there, to write Lord of the Rings). I remember white-barked trees with spread-out roots, covered in bright green moss; huge swathes of spiders webs hung between the trees like white sheets in the mist, that tumbled down from Table Mountain. Little waterfalls, streams; and little black crabs slowly making their way up the red paths from the sea.
Ahh, i've lost many photos i took sadly.
So anyway, your video was a delight, to see somewhere else in the Cape i haven't been.
Only other place i've been was camping in the Cederberg mountains. Was awesome.
