Me too...bucket list thing....M*A*S*H
This was always my favorite hiking spot as a kid so it was nice to see it again in this video (:
Youâre awesome! Thanks for helping people
Looks like a beautiful trail. Thank you for walking through and all the info. Looks perfect for a day hike. Have a wonderful Sunday. Best wishes, Mario
I am going soon and this video was such a pleasure. Much appreciated!

Thanks for always posting these videos up; youâre the best!
Thank you! đ
đŠAppreciate your great work. Thanks for maps describing terrain too.
Great video. Really useful narration. Thanks for sharing!
One of my favourite hikes/trail runs. I also love doing the full Bulldog loop there. About halfway along you climb up some rocks that apparently are where they did some filming for Star trek. Thanks for the great video and your excellent website.
Sheeesh! Going this weekend! Thanks
Was there a few weeks ago had lots of fun
Wow good one
Would love to see some hikes in the Santa Barbara/montecito area thanks!
Wow so beautiful đ
Looks like a great place to hike. I live in San Diego County. There are so many trails to choose from in Southern California.
In regards to the former MASH setting, the movie/show took was set in Korea during The Korea War, not in southeast Asia during The Vietnam War.
Technically. But Larry Gelbart made it pretty clear the show was really about Vietnam. It was just that making it 'Korea' allowed the show to be politically feasible.
I believe the set is supposed to look like east Asia; South Korea, specifically. MASH was set during the Korean War, not the Vietnam War (which is located in southeast Asia).
DUHP - you're 100% correct Kenny - I hadn't watched the show in years and my memory failed me on that one. Thank you đ
During the section of this video, is the track your actual path or just highlighted on Google?
Looks like a fun hike.
Actual!
Lol mash set
MASH was supposed to be set in the Korean War.
Wow...No one's there, when did you film this? I'd rather go when it's less crowded...Thanks for the video :)
Shot in Feb - if you leave early in the morning it's usually pretty mellow
