This is my favorite style of home. I do not know how it is called but prefer this over the new homes with lots of glass walls. Very cozy and homey vibe. Nice tour again Sir! 👍

Hey Enes! An architect here talking. At around 16:00: The separation between the vanity room and the Water closet is so if you have to people using the space, one doing their makeup and the other taking a shower they can do it without interfering with each other. In that way the separation of the spaces allows you to have a better use of them. Its pretty common for rooms where you know you'll have more than one person using the facilities, I personally prefer that design when you have the available space for it. Great videos!
This was great. I’d definitely love to see you guys do home tours outside of L.A. It’s a great way for us East Coasters to get to spy out the land. I’ve also frightened myself with the idea that you could paddle over the edge of that dam.
I'm really amazed and speechless by the view.. Even only watching this I could feel the air breeze and how relaxing there was! I love western house like this, most of the house has their own backyard or side yard. Most of Asian house are stick to each other and doesn't even had a space for backyard. The interior is entirely up my alley. Wooden floors, a lot of white and natural elements. Timeless and sophisticated. What is there not to like about this property. Breathtaking. I enjoy watching y’all’s tours of luxury homes, as I’m sure so many do. The thing I enjoy most about your walk throughs is that y’all seem just as interested in the homes as are your viewers. So much is to be learned from y’all’s videos, like why certain materials are used instead of others, the history of the neighborhoods, and just California in general. Another excellent video tour. It was a nice change to see other lovely areas around LA. I thought Malibou Lake very pretty and serene and I think further videos of different neighbourhoods (like Pasadena) would be welcome.
I grew up in the lot next door. 2330 Triunfo place. From 1972 until 2008. My best friend lived on that lot at 2222 Triunfo place. The house was more than junkie and burned down. The home you are representing is absolutely gorges. It’s what that lot deserves. I have always thought that Triunfo place was the best of the lake. 5 houses great views, and no long drives after the gate to get home. You definitely know your neighbors. Ted on the street side and Joe at the end and the Guitar Center guy on the other. The guys that bought my folks house after they past. And you have a great street besides a great house. I will tell you something my Realtor told me when I bought my house on Laguna Circle back in 1995. She told me that Cornell Rd was an existent ion of my driveway, she was absolutely correct. You should use that. Congratulations, it’s a beautiful home.
I don't even live in the US and I love watching your videos! It's different from other house tour channels. You really make us think that we are in there with you. Unlike other channels where they just focus on the nice decorations rather than the floorplan and nice features of the house.
15:35 I would guess that the separation of the vanity is that one person can bathe or use the bathroom while the other spouse can brush/makeup/washup without being on top of each other. Some people want some privacy. (The same reason why many of these homes have the toilet in an enclosure. Gives some privacy when doing your business...)

Easily the house I’d like to live in most of all the house tours you’ve done. $4-10 million range is the sweet spot for this channel imo. This seems to be what people love. I also like this isn’t the standard LA Modern style home.
