Honestly, it depends from shop to shop. Some have great staff that use their eyeballs and others seem to hire brain dead zombies that dont know the difference between and xbox and a playstation.
Most of shops i go to have rubbish safe lol
Check your products before you buy them and this will never happen again
U cant check the discs be for as they have them behind the counter only after u have paid for them
