I bought a Brother as a back up machine and now use it as my main machine. Can't go without all the features!

I bought the celebrate baby lock surger you were showing, and I have been asking for return label's so I could send it back .I had the understanding that I could return it within 30 days. I since found out I have to have surgery and would like to return it. So far I was told I would get return label's ASAP. But that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the label's.

Hello..I just watched your tutorial again for the Brother 80E. Twice You stated the price is 499.00. Which is the same as baby lock jubilant .Not sure how you qualify the brother 80e as mechanical? It operates like the other electronic machines..has start stop etc .

I already have this machine. Is it possible to buy online classes to learn about it?

I cant find that model? It looks just like the baby lock Jubilant. Which is better?

They are the same -- Baby Lock is more expensive because they buy Brother parts, ergo the Brother is cheaper but the EXACT SAME as the Baby Lock. Baby Lock buys all the mechanical parts from Brother; you're just paying for a different computer motherboard. Same machine, major price difference, all the same bells and whistles.

Why wouldn't the auto thread cutting be better. Unfortunately, all of the just sewing machines from Brother don't have this feature. I love the quality I've got from them but would really love to see the auto thread cutting offered in their more cost efficient models.

As far as I can tell, it has to do with the price point. Auto thread cutting machines are closer to (and frequently over) the 1k mark. While it is a wonderfully smooth feature, there are other quality features that people may want more without the hefty price tag.
