Maybe change the engine partition / water guard. If the back injectors are going perhaps water is dripping from screen down the back

I get a code from #5 injector saying positive short to negative sometimes not always. Can it be repaired perhaps? I can drive for days before engine stalls. Can it be wiring?

You made a comment of injectors being approx $500CAD, is that trade price? Where can I purchase them from at that price? I was quoted $1100CAD a piece by my Independant Mech. Shop?!
