Sometime it's good to not be distracted by elaborate artwork. I have some stunning decks but they can be a bit pushy sometimes! This deck is so simple and easy to read. I love it!
I just bought this one yesterday. I got attracted by the colors. Purple is my favorite color and the association with golden and white is my favorite. The illustrations are awesome. However the package has changed! No plastic anymore. It doesn't look cheap, it's well done, it's just like a classic tarot or oracle package! Thanks for ur review!

I have a migraine disorder so lots of colors seem to work against me! I just ordered this deck for around 10$ and am in love with the minimalist colors and simplicity!!!!!

I love dark purple & gold, so I love the color palette minus the white! But, I can see how white is a better contrast color than black!
The plastic gets easier to open after awhile.
I saw it online and I was like NO. But then I saw it in person today and was really drawn to it, so I picked it up.

I'm waiting for this deck. It's my first deck ever and seeing this I like it. Also it was very affordable compared to everything else in South Africa and as a beginner I don't want to spend too much on something I'm still learning. Love how every card has the name and in words, not roman numbers. The colour however may be too monotonous too.but everything looks great. I'm excited. Thank you for this.
There's no debate about taste and I like simple ones and also peculiar decks...the ones that many have don't have the courage! I wanted this one because of the palette, I love purple, the beige one is flicts, I leave it aside.... Thank you for reviewing this deck. I appreciate you giving the heads up on the packaging. I was able to open the top plastic flap by using a letter opener and sliding it underneath the flap and lifting it up. A butter knife may work just as easily. After the first time opening the flap, it's easier to open. I agree, it is a bit of a challenge and the corner of the plastic hurts if you accidentally press on it. It's a nice deck and I like it's size!
Received my set as a gift. Use a nail file or similar item to carefully slip into the plastic lid. Keeping in mind there is a bit of a cut on the tongue of the closure, you want to pull both up and toward the box to free those cut corners and it will open up real easy. Hopefully, you have something like that with you if you are traveling with them. I'm skeptical that the plastic will hold up long term so maybe will either make a small bag or figure out a way to remove the plastic and come up with a better fix.

This was one of my first decks and I still love it. It’s the perfect size for traveling, it’s beautiful and the color pallet is one of my favorites. But purple is my favorite color so…. 😅

I like the minimalistic artwork and color palette; the shiny gold sides gives it a classy look. The size is good for travelling. I agree that it might be tiring on the eyes after a while, so I'd use this only for a quick reading.

Update: it arrives! I love it, it is so perfect for my small hands, I love the edging and all. Also I don't find the packaging annoying hahaha it was fine and perfect.

I keep thinking about this and I think the answer is to cut off the top and bottom of the plastic box and create a matchbox type of slide-in box out of decorative cardboard. Those plastic top and bottom flaps are bound to give out in a relatively short time with use. A replacement slide-in box would allow for the glued-in plastic box to still show the cards while creating a more permanent and easily accessible holder while still being able to keep the outer cover.

I love this deck, but I wish the colors were different... I wish they were light blue, light green, and white (maybe a little pink or peachy-pink). If they were, I would definitely buy this deck!
i just got these my first tarot cards i dont know anything about tarot cards and how to do readings but omg the guid explains the cards so simplely but i dont know what reversed and i think ik what upright means

As someone with visual sensory issues, the limited colour palette could make it easier, some of the deck like the kitchen witch oracle are too much happing at once for my eyes for example. So could be a good thing if you do a reading for someone with visual sensory overload issues for example. Now I know you have lots of other low contrast decks in your collection.
I'm still trying to make them shuffle easier. Small hands and they sure are stiff. But that aside I really like them.
This was my first deck, i love it but i feel like i should've gotten something a bit more visually suggestive. I find them hard to read :(
Do you know if the booklet with this mini deck is the same as the regular deck. Wondering if meanings are condensed. Sometimes when you get mini decks the booklet with smaller deck doesn’t contain as much information shall we say?

I love the size just not the color palette sadly! Maybe if the gold in the cards were the same shimmer as the gilding. Haha.

I'm in agreement! The images are great but yeah, the color palette is a killer on the eyes.
I love purple and gold, but the color scheme is too monotone for me to use. I like multiple colors. My favorite tarot deck I use is Everyday Witch Tarot.
The Everyday Witch Tarot is my go to deck! I love it so much. I completely agree with you on the color scheme. I like the illustrations, just wish it had more colors to break up the monotony.

I don't know what they cost but I found mine last night at TJ MAXX for $6.99. Don't know if I'm going to keep them because not sure if I want to mess with them.
I do wat tarot readings on you tube but just have to see how I feel with me touching and playing with them. Thank you for going over them.

Don't care for the limited colors. Her courses are good, but pass on the cards.
I can respect the idea and directions with the limited colors, but honestly the more I was flipping through, the more the illustrations got lost for me. And then to me, that defeats the whole purpose of Tarot. I feel like I would use these for only traveling.
I will have to look into her courses. I see that she has a book as well.
