    Some trucks don’t start until you press the clutch in and to do a safe start you always press in the clutch just in case it’s not in Neutral

      @@darrellbeaver but it's a truck and it relys on air for the clutch to respond once depressed, remember some trucks can't go overnight with air still sufficient in their tanks the following day.From my own personal experience with HGV,I don't think it's necessary to depress the clutch when starting that theory is for small cars in my own opinion

      @@joyprotrucking8898 also clutch’s doesn’t rely on air they relies on hydraulic pressure

      @@darrellbeaver I disagree,the clutch servo needs air for the clutch to engage.A truck without air the clutch becomes stiff
