*Should they make an Evolutions 2 set, if so what past set should it be based on?*
i think the should make one around 2nd gen of pokemon so neo genesis, destiny, etc
Yes they should of made a evolutions 2 but i think a combination of 3 sets vs (we didn't get), gym heroes and gym challenge
I think they should base it on sun and moon and XYZ but my region is Alola
It should be based on jungle!!!

Great idea Nate, please keep doing more of these throw back binder building videos, XY era is already nostalgic without being overly expensive to collect, keep up the great content
My Favorite XY Evolutions Pokemon Card is Mew Holo, because, back in 2016, when it first came out, I remember that my Grandpa gave me an Elite trainer box of XY Evolutions. I opened it, and somehow, I got some pretty decent pulls, like a Clefairy Holo, a Hitmonchan Holo, and even a Dragonite EX full art. I didn't get the Mew Holo, but my Grandpa told me to never give up. That was the last words I ever heard from him, because the next day, he passed away. I still appreciate him so much, and miss him a lot, by keep up the great work! I love your channel!
That's an absolutely beautiful story. I understand I lost 3 grandparents in 3 years straight an my grandfather on my mom's side was the 3rd to pass away and it was on my birthday. I don't know you or your grandpa but I'm sure he'd want you to cherish that memory forsure. That way he's always with ya

I like when you do the older binders! I think that it would be cool if you spent a little more time on them. No necessarily the building but showing off some of your favorites from the set and why. Maybe going back into some old footage of some of the pulls. Maybe some history on the set? Such as what cards were most the popular and why both from the collection side of things but also from the competitive side of things!
My favorite evolutions card would be the charmander. Although not super rare I've just loved how Charmander is the pokemon that started it all and built such an amazing empire upon it's shoulders.

My favorite card from Pokémon Evolutions is Flying Pikachu Secret Rare, as the other day I pulled 2 Flying Pikachu VMAXs from Celebrations, and I love the cartoon artwork of the Evolution print!
Flying and surfing Pikachu seems to be a pattern with these anniversary sets!

Watching this video made me want to put my evo binder together too. I have opened a decent amount of it and went through all my bulk base for commons and uncommons and the only card I did not have was Machoke too. Kinda bizarre that, that was all you needed too! lol

It doesn’t feel like it’s been that long for Evolutions it feels like it just came out yesterday is it just me? And favorite card is definitely the holo Charziard because when I had just opened two Evolutions packs I somehow pulled and I wasn’t expecting it and I was sooo hyped 😁

I have 2 favorite evolutions but they are both the same just a evolution of it. Growlithe and Arcanine. I'm on a mission to get at least one of every one printed. I am pretty close to my goal.

I would say all evolutions are my favorite especially since it first came out. I love their uniqueness and a great throwback to the original packs.

I just started collecting and mostly focus on the Sword & Shield sets. But got 1 pack of evolutions in a tin. Pulled the Holo Rate Blastoise!
Yes, I would say that they should combine every other Pokemon tcg sets as a 2nd Evolutions set and should include every single copies of the dragon type and fairy type Pokemon energy cards as well.

You already know what i am going to say most likely Breaking Nate but my favorite is the Mega Blastoise EX. I do have it in the binder in 6th place and its sleaved up, just like yours (AND YES! I GOT SO HAPPY SEEING YOUR SLEEVED UP) I would love to have at least one of my Blastoise to be signed by you for inspiring me to come back to collecting years ago 🥺🤞🏻
I started organizing my sets because of you and these videos! I use to just put 1 of each card in my binders in the order that I opened my packs, I kept my childhood binder the same just because of the nostalgia :') Love the content btw! Lol

Honestly had stopped collecting when Evolutions came out and just now coming back into collecting a bit with celebrations, but I love seeing the OG art recreated with this set!
So why did you stop collecting when evolutions came out if you like the OG art ?
@@pryingopenmythirdeye1830 oh no I meant I had stopped long before evolutions came out lol. I collected when I was young in like 99-04ish so by the time evolutions had come out I really wasn't collecting at all
My favorite evolutions card is the mewtwo ex full art, i once traded for it for a normal ex and i didnt know yet what the texture was, when i looked back later i realized it was my first ever full art pokemon card.
I have yet to open an Evolution pack, but I HAVE opened the old school first edition pack Neo Genesis, released back in the day... the halo rare card in that pack was a Slowking. To this day I consider it my best pull.
Dang I was 16 when the set came out that’s crazy. The XY era was the second era I actually bought the video games from. It comes in second for me only behind Heartgold/Soulsilver because I love the cyndaquil evolution line so much.

Once it went out of print this set sky rocketed anytime I saw it in mystery packs and boost packs I’ve tried to keep it in a sealed collection. Such a fun set thank you for sharing your journey.
