Only dark tempest is good for pve

Pang pvp water, sa dark tempest may dark seal debuff, sa water merong injury seal debuff, pero yung injury pang player lang na kalaban di matitrigger pag monsters, so walang kwenta sa pve.

You need to be able to survive the mitigation skill, I would say 1 million at least and still require your saint to heal during the attack
