    This Kriya is centered on giving you a sense of courage and confidence.
    What can you do at home to relieve PMS symptoms?
    1. Get regular aerobic physical activity throughout the month.
    2. Exercise can help with symptoms such as depression, difficulty concentrating, and fatigue.
    3. Choose healthy foods most of the time.
    4. Get enough sleep.
    5. Find healthy ways to cope with stress.
    6. Don't smoke.

    Sat Nam! Today I will show you a great exercise for Premenstrual Syndrome. The kriya is recommended exactly for that, it works on helping us build tolerance for this state, reach balance and master our mind and emotions.. It also works on preventing menopause. Hope you enjoy the class.🙏

    Sat Nam! This made me feel so much better, released So much! I wasn't sure how to pump my belly on the inhale though? I can only pump on the exhale. Still felt so much benefit. Thank you.

    haven't dont this one yet but is this also good for fluid retination/cortisol at that time ? i've done certain videos where you say certain things are good for fluid retination, if not may i suggest a video. As sometimes women's stress hormones get out of place that time of month .i'm sure in general they all help just thought maybe a specific one may help. For now i'll continue to do them all though, lots seem to help.

      To balance the hormones is best to work on the pituitary gland, so try the Wahe Guru Kriya (it is part of the FREE 40-Day Weight Loss Challenge) and the Ajna Stimulation Kriya or practices that work on the 6th chakra.
