Formthotic is made from a Polyethylene, a lighter 'better' option to the industry standard EVA (Expanded Vinyl Acetate) The prescriber's evaluation of a foot, form & function, together with the ability to heat mould and customize a device in the office (use of grinder, forefoot additions etc) will elevate this as a superior option to the Over-The-Counter 'one size fits all device.
