I paid $100 for a pair of these, but the dealer did not follow the procedure and they hurt my feet (. I emailed the manufacture - assuming they cared - but they did not say a word about it in their response. They act like getting this right is a big deal, but don't care at all if the end user - the person with the foot problem - gets a proper fit or not. What a shame. I won't buy these again. You really find out how much they care when you have a problem. They just care about another sale.

The term to use is orthosis not orthotic. Orthotics is the science of providing orthoses.
