I love Bushes canned blackeyed Peas with beef kielbasa and microwaved bag of green peppers and onion.. I microwave it all.. Chow Chow when I have it.. I'm disabled and sometimes it's all I can do at the moment
fr. my grandma was from South Carolina and her scratch soul food was unmatched i made damn sure i watched her and gave a hand when she would throw it down in the kitchen, shes gone now but i kept a lot of her recipes in my heart and tear up when i comes out tasting how she use to make it! I just found your channel. Really like how you cook realistically like I would, like you don't perfectly measure out the garlic but just eye it out. I found food tastes the best when you eye out portions and just feel out what the dish needs. Wish you the best of luck man, props on the cook book.
