Greece 2015 : Sends an english song, makes final.
"OMG GREECE WE WANT ETHNIC SOUND"
Greece 2016 : Comes with a Greek ethnic song
"OMG GREECE, STAY IN THE SEMIS"
Greece 2017 : Comes with an english song, makes the final
"OMG GREECE, WE SAID WE WANT ETHNIC! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?"

First comment. Well guys, this is pretty massive in Greece at the moment. I did an interview with Katerine and she's the most gorgeous person inside out. They're preparing something beautiful and artistic, similar to the music video. I would like to add that it hasn't always have to be an OPA, bouzouki and sirtaki thing. We can do much more than that. That's the magic about it our entry this year, that is outside our comfort zone. Something actually different. And we're proud that we have this artist with this song in Tel Aviv. Thank you so much for this reaction. From Greece! ❤️🇬🇷

If someone doesn't like the song, I dont mind, eveyrbody is entitled to their opinion, music taste can be different among people. But it's just ridiculous to expect Greece to only send ethnic type of songs! Do people actually believe that Greeks spend their day yelling opa every other minute and breaking plates, or dance to nothing but bouzouki and klarino? As far as the song, while it's sad that that Greece is going back to doing English pop songs this year, I must say that this is a true gem of a track, and much deeper in lyrical content than say..their 2017 effort. Hopefully and I'm pretty sure that she will pull this off live because I can't see no other scenario that she can't (unless sickness strucks). I do hope Katerine would have a Greek version of this (or French if she's fluent considering she's from Montreal originally) laying around somewhere.
In short: This is miles and miles better than "This is Love". (See what I did there hehe)

Yeah I like the song but also I expect the native sound. The music video is a bit much for me, too much happening and I can't focus to the song but when I hear only the sound it is a good song and also it grows on me bit by bit. I expect this to be in finals.

just why greece has always to be ethnic? the UK or Ireland don't send something folk..Italy too...there are many examples of countries...Bravo Hellada
P.S It's not the ''opa'' or the ''ya mas'' It's a song contest we have to chace the unexpected like Iceland this year after all those 1-2 star songs..they are also coming with something fresh...
