Awesome costume, I love the shiny/silky black. The 2nd mask you used looks a lot better than the one it actually came with. I always prefer the fully hooded masks.

The AliExpress mask looks WAY better! Who would've thought, a bootleg mask would be better than the official! Costume looks great though
That's a very excellent robe! I got the Devil Ghost Face Dead By Daylight costume and it came with a very excellent poncho that looks kind of like rubber(it's vinyl). The mask is similar to this Scream one in that it doesn't have its own hood, you have to use the poncho hood.

At least they are finally being sent out now, I finally have a set too =] I prefer to use the 25th anniversary mask box set version for my costume, plus from the sounds of it that's the mask they sent to production to use for the new movie too which is cool :P I have 2 older masks too I like to use a lot of the time for different looks
How are you going to use the 25th mask as it has the hood and cowl attached. Just put it under the robes hood? I’m asking as planning the same thing.
@@MonstersandMythsUK hey! so i actually purchased these costumes last year and all i did was wear the mask and tuck the excess material of the mask under the robe by my neck and held it with a safety pin where i wore it for a long time, i also put some safety pins on the sides of the mask fabric and the hood costume part itself and it held on pretty good!! this is my recommendation of course but it worked for me
The robe looks great, they always did that with the mask the robe versions include the cheap rubber band half mask. The stand alone hooded scream masks they sell should be a good replacement.
Very nice costume! I love the sparkly black fabric, looks to be of nice quality as well. I agree that is is rather odd that the hood is not attached to the mask. Your bootleg mask is a definite improvement over the one included with the costume. Love your Jason ring!

Definitely gonna get that this Halloween. Might make some minor tweaks like make drapes more squared off. To more resemble the first movie. I just hope Fun World makes an official "Weathered" mask based on the one from 6.

With the mask you used the ali express one did you tuck in the excess material somewhere before putting the hood up? As i find mine just dangles either side of the mask so i end up tying both together behind my head? Is there a better way to hide these?

What did you do to the hood at @8:00 minute mark, did you tuck it behind something? Because my hood is very floppy and has a crease in the foam which makes it pointy. Yours looks much better

you want it kinda long as shown in the movies . i’d recommend returning it and getting a smaller one rather than cutting it
