VS poke u go grasp main but instead of conditioning it's second wind and secondary sorcery like vs darius olaf. You always go doran's ring expect vs heavy poke then u go shield Trade is press w(extra damage) to auto with shield bash damage and the grasp then u press e and that's it, repeat and u win, also u can land q to extend the trades because of your shield you always win trades summoners: Flash, Ignite (Don't go tp unless you think they will perma roam which also in that scenario instead of shield bash u go demolish) You can't 1v9 but u can perma cc enemy and you super tanky Build is: Vs ad lane Frozen heart into sunfire into Iceborn gauntlet then into anything more tanky(depending on enemy comp) but never go heartsteel vs ap lane: go abyssal mask and then into frozen heart and continue the build as normal(depending on enemy comp) Main bans: Fiora(cancer sustain and champ), urgot(You go melee range he E and u lose 70% of your hp)
I didnt even realise you started playing garen mid xd btw idk if thats a good idea (you have a melee champ and midlane is quite short) so its pretty easy for the enemy to escape when low and your enemies are usually ranged but on top your enemies are usualy melee and the lane is longer

Yea some people actually main Garen mid but I definitely prefer Garen top I got my secondary pick in this video lol. Garen mid is viable but it is literally just a farm game its kinda borin.
