2. Valentino's smoke hearts were hollow, but Angel's was solid; good symbolism for their characters.
3. You could tell by Angel's eyes, when he was first walking down the catwalk and looking at Valentino, that he feels a lot of rage, and malice about all of it.
Valentino's smoke is the same smoke as the one going out angels cigarette at the end of the clip, people can say that's coming out from both cigarette, others say that it's metaphorical for the grip of drugs, addiction in all form, sadness, bad choices, depression.
I recommend watching Oh Millie at some point.

To clarify, this was a fan song first, it's just that it happens to line up well with what's going on with Angel, so Vivzie and the team did a video for it. There are plenty of fan songs out there; not all of them will get the video treatment.
Edit - if Cherri's addicted to anything, it's to adrenaline. We never really see her drink or do drugs, and she really seems to throw herself into making the biggest most garish explosive displays she can.

According to one of the recent twitch streams, this song was written by a fan. They contacted Angel’s voice actor to perform the vocals, which he agreed to, but when he realized that it was based on HH he had to check with Vivziepop to make sure it was okay. She liked the idea and decided to do an official video for it. That’s why it’s it’s a different type music
This just made me love Angel Dust more.

I saw this video before I ever knew what Hazbin Hotel was because it had Chi Chi in it and I've loved her nerdcore cypher appearances. So I came into Hazbin loving Angel and came out the first episode loving him more
No, Cherri and Angel didnt know each other in life. According to the wikipedia, Angel died in 1947 from a drug overdose, while Cherri died in the 1980s from a currently unknown cause.
Just gonna take a swing at guessing her death... seeing that she likes bombs and explosives, and it was the 80's when she died... and even the name Cherri Bomb.
I think she died in a firework accident. Maybe she was messing around with one of the bigger ones to impress her friends or a gang she was in and... BOOM

PCP is rather famous for being super hard to OD on and even then, wasn't a readily available street drug until nearly the 60s- 70s. I've seen someone say that him ODing on PCP in the 40s would be like someone choking to death on an iPhone in 1993.
Angel Dust died of a PCP overdose (Angel Dust is a street name for PCP) in 1947. Which is impressive in a weird way since it was hard to get, wasn't popular as a recreational drug till the 60's, and is relatively hard to overdose on.

Fun Fact: Angel's hands are animated to still be on the pole during that gorgeous spinning shot rather than just being in the air. I just thought that was cool and people don't really notice it but they added it anyway.

The song is on Spotify. I lisen to it like daily and it do not get boring in my opinion. The only sad part is that the ending part is not on the Spotify track. Angeldust is my favorite character followed by Moxxi.
Perhaps look for the Addict VIP version on Spotify. The original one by Silva hound didn't have the ending bit, then they did the VIP version which had the ending bit.

The Addict song was created by a Fan. They got in contact with the Voice acter of Angel. He got in contact with Vivziepop to get permission to sing in the song. Vivzie and the original artist Silva Hound came to an agreement for the video clip. So Addict is by Silva Hound and the music in the pilot is by Gooseworx and that's why it sounds so different from the music from the show. The Angel Dust voice acter Michael Kovach mentioned the song and how he had to contact Vivzie for permission in one of the Hunnicast, that how I found this information out (Hunnicast is one of the Animaters/clean up artist, Angel Dust voice acter [her boyriend] and the voice actor of Alastor most of the time doing live streams. Other voice actors of the shows and Vivzie also show up sometimes).

Nah, she's openly working on both. But Hazbin was picked up by a network and will be aired on tv, while Helluva Boss is going to keep being on CZcams. I assume we won't get Hazbin until they finish the full first season because they are going to air it like a normal tv show and that means the whole season needs to be finished before airing it.

HBO/Max is rumored to be the channel Hazbin Hotel has been signed too thru studio A24. Current rumor is that the character of Val the Overlord of Lust and the pimp looking dude that was uh abusing Angel, might be getting erased or removed from the series. Kinda would make since since a rapist pimp would be extremly toxic character in today political climate.

Just going to say that, if it's HBO, they have no business _whatsoever_ complaining about a r*p*st character being portrayed as unambiguously villainous after GoT.
There was a lot of stuff in that that was not only portrayed in a much more ambiguous light, but milked for titillation on screen season after season.
There's 0% chance it goes too far for their company's standards. If they pull those kind of changes I'd sooner believe that it was because they didn't want _Angel_ to be portrayed in as sympathetic a light than the content was actually too much for them.
