So the person who worked on this was a official artist on Hazbin and Helluva boss. This was their personal little fan project they did in their off time. However it is not cannon, and was done for fun in their off time. That's why it seems so high quality.

2 years later, it seems like it may not have been entirely non canon! We have the VoxVal/StaticMoth situationship (which was in the non-canon IG posts first), we have Vox being a voyeur and having cameras hidden all around Val's place, we have Vox's jealousy of the attention Val gives Angel (not clearly confirmed in the series but well-hinted at), and we have Vox updating his head from a CRT TV to a flat screen (which was a popular headcanon before being confirmed).
The TV gentleman is Called VOX; The TV demon; a rival of Alastor and a "lover/BF of valentino" and yes suppously Valentino is bisexual apart of the fact he is a Mothman and a Madamme; in other parts, please, show to miss Kirby all helluva boss; it's such a fun how stronger his reactions are. I fucking love the Hazbin Hotel fandom just for the sheer fact that they have made multiple seasons worth of fan-content based on a single pilot, some comics, and a couple of fictional social media accounts.
The TV-head guy is another Demon Overlord just like Valentino, you can see him hanging out with Valentino and Velvet during the first minutes of the Hazbin Hotel Pilot.
It would be cool if you guys reacted to some Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss lore videos that are out on CZcams after Kirby finishes watching all of the Helluva Boss Episodes.

The guy who just is straight up a monitor is called Vox.
Vox, just like Angel, is a victim of Valentino (the moth guy)'s love. And while he wants to escape, he is far too in love with his abuser. He is sort of like Val's info guy, he has camera's everywhere and can feed info to Val. The video is about Val's toxic and manipulative relationships with Angel and Vox. The lyrics to the song match Vox and Angel's perspective's (verse 1 being Angel, verse 2 being Vox)
Also, the song isn't a hazbin hotel song, it just really fits, but there is a cover on CZcams in Vox and Angel's voices

Years and Years, the artist of the song, makes a lot of great music. Definitely a group worth looking into if you like this song

For example, "Use Me Up (Angel's Order)" is excellent, and also "POP! (Cherri's Assault)" and "Look My Way (Stolas' Lament)" and "Smile Like You Mean It" as well as Vox and Husker's songs.

The two voices singing they should not trust Valentino are Angel Dust and VOX (the guy with the monitor head). And while Valentino is assaulting Angel Dust Vox unzips his pants and whips out his "Joy Stick" (don't pretend you don't know what I mean)
I honestly believe Angel wants out but he's not quite sure how else to make the money to support his drug habbit. When you battle the depression demons daily you see how others can sell themselves short not knowing what they actually CAN do so you feel stuck doing what you don't want to do. It's like do you stay with the demons you know or take your chances with the ones you dont (especially when you have bills to pay or expectations to live up to)

while i appreciate the animatic and the hard work though i do feel that addict was a better depiction of who the characters are and their stories etc idk the animatic just felt off it didn't feel quite like it was the angel that vivzie has written which makes sense as i assume vivzie probably wasn't part in making this. but its a good fan animatic and the artstyle is very accurate to vivzies. love it :3
on a side note i did miss the fact that in addict it's the actual characters singing and it wasn't in this fanimatic. that's fine and understandable but i really missed that XD

Also the song isn’t an original song for Hazbin Hotel. So if they made an official music video they’d need consent from the producer of the song (and will likely need to make a legal agreement to forfeit a portion of the money from monetization if not all of it)
@@theduckgoesmoo You might just (sorta) get your wish! A group of animators recently (I say recently but this started months ago) got permission from the artist to animate the video! It won't be at the same level as ADDICT but I've seen a lot of the clips, and they're doing a pretty good job!
