2 1/2 cups room temp water
2 TBSP yeast
7 Cups of flower (cuz Lana said this is how it's spelt now)
1 1/2 TBSP salt
6 TBSP olive oil

Tried making this and it turned out okay. I halved all the ingredients to make 2 pizzas. The dough ended up being really thick bc I didn’t flatten it enough. Recommend making the dough really thin before adding toppings and adding it to the oven. Also don’t be afraid to be generous with sauce and cheese.
