- Back in 2016 I made a caddy for my Mother In Law to use on her walker to hold items like magazines, the phone, glasses, pens, medication, tissue, etc. It's made from place mats I got from WalMart. It's very easy to sew. I added her initial by machine embroidery to it. She loved it.

So quick and easy. Yours was the first I looked at and that is a winner for sure. My mom just started using a walker.
I think you could machine stitch the front pocket to the back pocket BEFORE you stitch up the sides and avoid the handsewing that way. 😁
many years have passed sice this was made, It is a great Idea, Thank- you very much
I think this my favorite version of all the placemat-into -bag tutorials I've seen! And I've seen a lot. I don't sew, don't own a machine, but I'm addicted to these videos! Yours would make a nice tote bag too with just a longer strap change. Very nice instructions. And just a really pretty design! Thanks!
Great way to make a really cute caddy! Thanks for sharing!
Quick and Easy. Great idea for a walker or even a stroller caddy
