Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road, Al Ain, UAE (GoPro Timewarp)

The 11.7 kilometer road winds through 60 bends to the top. However, the road is easy to drive, it has two lanes up and one down. There are several view point along the way.
Al Ain and Jebal Hafeet are about a two hour drive from Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Yes it can. The speed limit is 30-40km/h, so you won't block other traffic when driving in a lower gear. If necessary, faster drivers can use the passing lane.
