Christopher Walkers music video performance was everything. He was truly incredible.
Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond) should be in this list! When he danced with Judy & the crew at a black nightclub, his moves were really groovy!
Great episode, also the one where he goes swing dancing with Debra
@@Nina-rg8es Also, the wedding episode when he and Amy have their first dance
@@mhandanunnerybosarge1690 Yes! Almost forgot about that one!
Marilu Henner should've been included.
Her mom was a dance instructor who taught ballet school in the family garage and Henner started learning from her mom's class at only age 2.
She showed off her dance skills in film and a few episodes of TAXI, most-memorably in the season 2 finale "Fantasy Borough part 2", where she leads the cast in a showstopping rendition of "Lullaby of Broadway."
She was also on Dancing With The Stars back in 2016.
Or she should be in a 10 stars you didn't know had amazing memories/ super smart...she is in a rare class on that one
Lea Thompson is another to add to the list. As per her Wikipedia entry, she “studied ballet as a girl and danced professionally by the age of 14, winning scholarships to the San Francisco Ballet, the Pennsylvania Ballet, and American Ballet Theater. When she was 20 and dancing professionally with American Ballet Theater’s Studio Company (then known as ABT II), the time came to decide if she would move to the main company. [Then Artistic Director] Mikhail Baryshnikov told her, ‘You are a lovely dancer but you are too stocky.’” As I recall from a friend who was also dancing at ABT II at that time, and received the exact same news from Misha regarding her own career prospects, “too stocky” meant that at 5’4” a female dancer weighed 97 pounds instead of the preferred 92, a weight my friend accidentally reached following a dreadful stomach virus. At that point, management enthusiastically told her, “You look great! Now stay there!” She was smart enough to know that this was nuts (her usual working weight was 97-99 lbs), and moved on. She went on the have a long, successful career dancing in other New York ballet companies (Not ABT.) You can feel the relief in Lea Thompson’s response, as per Wikipedia: “‘…(T)hat was my epiphany when I decided to stop dancing and not be a ballet dancer. It was a wonderful moment because I could have been banging my head against the wall for another 10 years.’ She changed her focus to acting.”
It’s so heartbreaking and frustrating to hear about directors and managers not trusting professional athletes to understand their own bodies’ needs. A true professional dancer knows where they dance best and a difference of five pounds, especially when that’s more than 5% of body weight can be huge. The ballet world has all this pressure to look like a model AND perform like an Olympian. And all too often the folks who are not performing want the dancers to prioritize the first. I’m glad your friend found a company that respected her mastery of her body and art at a weight that was healthy and sustainable for her.
Two people who jumped to my mind that weren’t on here were Kelly Bishop from Gilmore Girls and Phyllis Smith from the Office.
Bishop won a Tony for A Chorus Line and shows she’s still got it in the first episode dance with Sutton Foster in Bunheads. Phyllis has been a dancer for many years and shows off some of her talent in the OA. Two people whose most famous characters wouldn’t make you think of them as dancers.
Kelly Bishop was a dancer who also acted.
*#1 - Julia Louis-Dreyfus ("Seinfeld")*
Sarah Jessica Parker literally had a Broadway career before she was on the screen. How does that make her a "surprisingly good" dancer?
She was in "Annie" on Broadway.
Half this list doesn't surprise me and I would think the average subscriber to this channel would think so too. Now Ron Swanson being a good dancer, that's surprising!!
Ummm… she trained at the School of American Ballet as a teenager 🤨🤨🤨
Tony Danza knows how to dance and sing. Y’all forgot to add him on the list.
Lies again? Google Drive
Dancing…yeah I can sort of see that, given he’d been a boxer, but singing? Seriously?
@@jcleaverchamberlinjr he was in the Honeymoon in Vegas musical. You can check out his voice on the OBC recording. I think he was ok
Didn’t Elton John have a whole song about that, though? “Hold me closer, Tony Danza?”
They said Sitcom "Stars" though
While those movies did feature his dancing more, Christopher Walken has put a dance in every film he's been in. Even in the Deer Hunter, he gets to dance.
Mila Kunis The That 70's Show and Family Guy Star was a trained Ballet Dancer
Well she did dance with Fez in Season 1 of That's 70s Show, and she also danced in Black Swan
So, really it should be " several actors who are trained dancers as well."
Alfonso Ribeiro was in "Tap Dance Kid" on Broadway.
Did you not actually watch this video? IT'S IN THERE
Pepsi ad with Michael Jackson when AR was like 9?
Amy’s dance! Love itttt
From a pure "surprisingly good" standpoint, Nick Offerman should of been #1 and most people know JGL is an excellent dancer. But I always love content like this, keep them coming, always.
Thank you for watching!
What about Dule Hill from Psych? His dance skills are NOT TO BE missed!
But it's not surprising because it's in the show all the time.
Not surprising since he was a star in one of (if not the most) iconic tap shows on Broadway in the last few decades.
I like when they had Xavion Glover come on Psych.
I actually didn't start watching Psych until last year, and when I saw his tap performance I looked up his IMDB page... and saw he was in Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk. Amazing!
Not sure if there's some sort of time limit but Fred Berry from What's Happening was an extremely accomplished dancer.
I mean was a part of the Lockers with Shabba Doo and Toni Basil
My favorite Charlize Theron movie is A Million Ways To Die In The West. I watch it over and over just for her performance. She feels so natural, like she isn't even acting. And not just in that movie, but in everything I've seen her in. It's hard to believe that her character in Million Ways is the same person starring in Atomic Blonde. She's so versatile. And gorgeous. Lets not forget that part.
Alfonso Ribeiro should have been number one. How many others on your list actually have a "signature" dance? Of course, one might count Christopher Walken's performance in the Fat Boy Slim video because I have never seen those moves anywhere else. They just aren't called "The Walken."
Alonso Ribero aka Carlton should have been further up on the list, like #1. Talk about iconic, the Carlton dance. Who does not know that move?
We're using "sitcom stars" a bit loosely, aren't we?
I enjoy your videos. Always enjoyable. Thanks for the smile on my face
Thank you for watching! :)
Well, they can all dance better than I can, and you have to respect that.
Megan Mullalley on that couch fine ASFFF
In my opinion Sean Hayes from “will & grace” did a lot of fantastic dance on the sitcom.
Thinking will not overcome fear but action will.
I admire your picture, wear your hair long? that's attractive, please describe it?
I Love so much you work ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Actress and multi sitcom lead Paula Marshall showed her moves on Diagnosis Murder.
this makes me love amy santiago even more
I feel like Mass Mikkelsen deserves to be on this list too.
Yeah coz he is amazing
He is a former ballet dancer classically trained
How about Part 2? There are enough other actors/actresses, judging by the comments, to make at least one more video.
How about John Travolta?
Make a top 10 best Logan and Camille moments in Big Time Rush, please.
Mark Linn Baker and Bronson Pinchot in Perfect strangers... those two were bursting into song and dance at the drop of a hat; then there's pretty much the whole cast of HYMIM and TBBT.... those are sitcom stars, not just movie stars who had cameos or guest starred in some tv shows. Brad from The Middle is a great tap dancer, Dule Hill from Psych and The Wonder Years tap dancer and awesome singer... oh James Roday-Rodriguez too... he nailed the dance moves from The Breakfast Club. Jon Cryer is also a great dancer.. Ducky, anyone? And since we're name dropping from B99, How about Terry and Holt? Ohhh, how about Jean Luc Billodeau and Tahj Mowry in Babby Daddy?
Make a top 10 best DreamWorks openings, please.
It shouldn't come to a surprise to anybody that Sitcom Actors and Sitcom Actresses are good Dancers. First off, when you set your mind on the Entertainment Industry, you have to become a Triple Threat. Dance, Vocals and Acting. The more versatile your are, the more workable you are. Secondly that more workable your are the more marketable you are. Thirdly, being in the Entertainment Industry isn't about being a Star. Being in the Entertainment Industry is about getting Work

You missed Jensen Ackles, he’s a pretty good tap dancer
Has he done a sit-com? And I did not know this so thank you for the info.
I can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed feet 🦶 smell. Especially when they come immediately out of shoes. SJP??? Wonder if someone can make a dance studio scented candle? 😂
Rebeiro most surely had dance training.
Good list. But the order was wrong. And how about all 4 stars of Will and Grace?
Neve Campbell and Christina Applegate are way better than anyone on this list
Oh yes Christina Applegate such a classy dancer for a Bundy...very surprising. Good call
Ribeiro is the best.
Where's Cameron Boyce?
You forgot Bebe Neuwirth, Frazier's ex-wife Lilith.
She danced quite a bit in Madame Secretary (Tia Leoni)

If Aunt Viv From Fresh Prince not here.....Then this is a complete shit list
👶💕💘💌💌❤️💌❤️💓💝
Yeah, this is a list about white people's dance skills. Heck yáll thought Obama could dance 😂😂
Because Paul Rudd's dancing is the whitest Dancing ever...Right up there with the Carlton dance ... But Faison and Carlton are the actual good dancers in this list
Sounds a bit racist. Are you saying all poc can dance bc they're poc? Smh
Nothing is a more cringe than jimmy Fallon saying that’s hot to peoples dancing. 😬😬
jimmy is cringe period!
@@sinnombrenemo4169 I mean your not wrong 🤣🤣
Melissa who? Never heard of her.
some of these ppl r at best mediocre dancers lol
Or just better at it than you!
No Sam Rockwell? Total fail
Unless you watch that specific show, you have no idea who the #1 pick is. Total nonsense!
I don't think you guys know what good dancing is.
