Love the part where the Sky blue made the entire population of Luxembourg fight for their cause.

This was so far the most balanced Marble fight ever and it was a blast to watch thank you for making these.
I honestly liked copy marble mechanic at the start, while it allows shenanigans it ultimately makes it ten times more interesting
Miss the +50. It always aded a bit of chaos. Especially when combined with some x2 or x3 a couple times.
Damn the tank wave this one time was a sight. Good times
we don't really get to see any vehicles working together so here's my suggestion
Combined Arms: when activated it will deploy a variety of randomly generated vehicles (from 4-15 vehicles) (artillery does count) with infantry to accompany them (the type can also be random) but it costs 250-300 marbles to activate(lost marbles can decide the actual amount), this way, we get more variety in the video instead of a whole flight of zeppelins or a wall of tanks just winning the game
Except that this time 18000 rifleman did the trick! (Barely though, but hey, a win for the foot soldiers regardless!)
The grenadiers need to be buffed or removed. They're only able to get out 1 attack before they're defeated if they even get close enough to use their attack.
I thought they did a good job? I saw some eliminate the entrenched marbles.
Although we know individual units can have multiple weapons. So you could give them a basic rifle to fire and use grenades when they get close.

if I may request that you bring back the top down view at the bottom. I really enjoyed the two perspectives. also (just a minor thing) the kill count can be difficult to read at times. maybe put a semitransparent black background behind it?
Would it be possible to also add a current number of 'soldiers' for each side? Might make it interesting to see how balanced or otherwise

Definitely a blast to see large chunks of a massive wave just blown away like yellow was there at the end, blue almost held off that wave.
Not sure how it could be implemented to be differernt for each side, but might be interesting to change the cost/output of some of the options as time goes on or things are chosen in quick succession. For example x10 riflemen might go down to only x5.

Great video! The addition of the bunkers is a great idea and I think they worked out well to help blunt some of the early mass pushes.
I personally feel like the officer slot (and sandbag, to a lesser extent) are both traps that actively harm whatever side lands a marble in them. Officers feel like they exist simply to get rid of one side's units and mass sandbag drops block units from being able to advance. If you don't want to get rid of them, perhaps officers can give an armor buff to units that allows them to take one or two additional hits before they disappear? Sandbags could allow friendly troops to advance through them to keep the lines flowing as well.

I had an idea. Next to the health percentage of each side's bases, you had a circle that filled in clockwise. And when the circle filled is when each side spawns in their new marble to trigger the other effects.
what abut a spawn limit? so when the big numbers arrive, instead of spawning 10k or 30k marbels at the same time, they spawn 1k or less every 1-2-3-4 or 5 seconds, that way it does not create just a really big wave of marbels that can be countered easy whith buch of mortars skyrocketing the other side killcount.
also, what about making the oficers more useful? like instead of making marbels run until they die officers just make them run until they get in to the next trench, that way we could se marbels actualy taking enemy trenches and also quickly reinforcing their own trenches, if the officer get to a trench it stays there giving a buff of damage or rate of fire at the marbels surrounding it.
what coul be awesome too is a deployment count where you can se how many marbels are currently deployed on every team and how many they have been deployed on the entire battle.

New features are cool! I actually really like the sandbags I think that one's very fun. The rework of all fire works out quite nicely too.
Machine guns feel much better now that they can target air units, and cannons having better range is also a very welcome buff.
Thoughts for the bunkers: maybe make it so that infantry troops garrison them for a certain amount of time to determine their weapons? And also maybe add ramps on the back so marbles don't get stuck on them so much.
Yellow's mortars saved its butt so many times.

My first mistake was rooting for light blue.
My second mistake was rooting for light blue again.
It would be cool to see some kind of "support" options put in.
Not sure exactly what would be good, but some way to increase hp or damage a bit for all troops spawned by that marble. Or increase hp/damage for all troops for x amount of seconds.
Another thing that would be cool to see is instead of a copy or +1 marble, have a "split" marble. If its multiplier is 1, it just makes 2 normal marbles, but otherwise it makes two marbles with half of the original marbles multiplier.
I’m noticing the mortars are missing a lot. Seems like it’s because they target the closest enemy, but by the time the shell reaches that position they’ve already been killed by other units. Is there a way to make the mortars prioritize targeting larger groups of enemies farther back in their lines?
The mortars also shoot where the enemy is but by time the round hots the enemy moved too
Maybe a way to balance this would be to increase the mass of marbles as they got larger, so they get deflected less by other marbles and start with a slightly lower initial velocity. I don't think doing a totally physical 1 to 1 would be right, but say, for every 10 the mass increases by 1.

Really enjoyable! This was probably the best video in this series yet. The balance has certainly improved a lot, and seems to be in a good place right now.
That being said, I also cannot stop myself from making suggestions. One thing I liked in the earlier versions was the greater variety of infantry, but each of them having different buckets while not offering a lot of difference in value it makes sense to cut some of them. My idea is what if instead of 10xRiflemen, it was 10xAssorted Infantry, with a few riflemen, smgs, shotguns, grenadiers, etc. in each spawn distributed randomly. They would have minor differences, but all be about equal in power, mostly just for visual variety.

I think copy marble as one of the very first holes is a bit overpowered. We often see this sort of loop where one side chokes out the other in a sea of duplicated marbles. I'd also offer a friendly suggestion to bring back the +50, sure it made things get crazy quickly but it also allowed for clutch recoveries against things like 900s that we saw here.
Fair but the +50 also was half the reason for those mega waves in the first place, to get an 100 here it needed multiple multiplications, with a +50 all you need is a 2x
Copy marble is basically a 2x combined with a split marble. I don't think it's overpowered at all.
@@BrianBors it is super op as you can have one +10 marble and go into copy marble then you have 2 +10 marble and the same marble can hit that copy hole again while the other +10 can go for other units or conitnue to multiple

The map made things so much easier to follow, it should be a staple to the vids.
I think yellow took the term "human wave offensive" a bit too litteral.
How about adding a pocket in the first area for a “tech point”?
Tech points would upgrade a unit. For example a rifleman could get armor (slows them down) or bayonets plus speed boost. Adds some variety without adding too many new pockets.

In the final minute, yellow lost around 20,000 infantry.
Could we have maybe a gas attack ability? A few shells drop mostly in the middle of the stage and leave a lingering death area, all I would say is make it costly like 3 marbles as I could quickly see it getting out of hand.
Best battle so far, and by a lot ! Best meta. Nothing seems to be OP, the "all shoot" is ok, the planes and zepplin are good but not indestructible, machine guns and mortars are useful, and barrage do not destroy everything anymore.
The only thing i could imagine to add could be some automatic machine guns to the 3 new bunkers. So any first big attack would not be enough, it would give a second chance.

Maybe the duplication of marble should be moved to the second tier? But apart from that, it all looked really cool! Seriously, I have no complaints. The machine gunners were just beasts. Bombardments by siege artillery (barrages) destroyed field artillery with one shell. But there were sandbags... Strange. And more: I liked the field artillery in the form in which it is currently working. That's just what I lacked some coolness from the most powerful tier-3 guns. Maybe the explosions should be more powerful? Or just the animation of the explosion should be bigger (if the artillery is already shooting well. Even if it would seem that marble was hit by the explosion, and he survived, since the animation has become larger, but the radius of damage has not become, it will still add coolness). And the question is: is it possible to make the trenches well protected from explosions, and the soldiers in the fields died from them like flies? There, I don't know, to add explosion protection for everyone who is in the trenches so that you either have to hit with field artillery right next to the trench, or a siege nearby, or throw a grenade right into the trench to break through it. But even in the form in which it works now, it's already cool. Time to add chemical weapons?)
That's how the explosions currently work - the center of the explosion must have line of sight to the marble to damage it
i think good idea to add permanent bunker upgrades like AA gun, machineguns and AT cannon (add it after zeppelin in 2d line)
You should buff barrage and zeppelin, all attack and planes are just better despite costing the same or less

Honestly, I am once more disappointed with blue, (or a variant of blue) losing in a battle with unlucky rng. It’s quite saddening really.

Also, small idea for if you want to make a special episode and yes I know, crazy ideas, some of them arent Trench war and all, but be quiet they are to think about not annoy about:
- Include the Maus and Landkreuzer P1000 Ratte as special "bosses"
- maybe a larger map?
- special troops like flamethrowers, gas attacks and all that
- maybe change the objective to get some item and retrieve it (could also be cool)
again, those are only things I just came up with so *some* might not fit the style of this genre. Either way I really enjoy it.
Flamethrowers, shotgunners, rifle grenades, bayonet riflemen (higher move speed and kills opposing marbles with touch), automatic riflemen (still semi-auto but fire faster than regular ones), armored riflemen (first body armor in WWI was plate mail, slow riflemen with more hitpoints).
How about a signal officer with a flare gun? The flare lets mortars and artillery fire at it from longer ranges?

My one complaint would be that the all shoot button is back. There were times when Yellow got that selection, and the sheer number of mortars they had caused them to just delete blue's frontline. I think that needs to be taken out, but I was rooting for the blues, so I may be biased.
Where did these mortar operators were trained? Israel? They hit everything put the enemy army! XD

artillery still feels like a cruel joke. pay 3 to get something that fires very slowly and is only marginally more effective than a mortar in most cases. Also sandbags had some odd behavior, since they spawned on the furthest forward guys, you ended up with a forward pocket of cyan in a giant pile of sandbags on the bottom of the screen until a zeppelin finally spawned low enough to murder them.
And if copy marble's going to copy the number (which I do like) I think it needs to be moved into a later section, since as it is multiplied marbles have a very good chance of being fired right into it

I think the copy marble is a nice idea, but with the 3x in the same starting area it makes it far too easy to get a crapload of multiplied marbles. That might be the idea you were going for but I think its a bit too much. It makes the 4x a bit less useful compared to just scoring it in one of the options there.
Hey you could perhaps turn this into a twitch thing? Some actions could be triggered by the viewers, like the “shoot all” and barrage becomes a token instead of used instantly and they can pick when its used. Add a few more modifiers that can be handy, or not handy for the opposition, and you are golden.
4x was also in a really bad spot right under the cannon so it didn't seem to get hit all that often compared to the x3
