Yeap, all said "after" she won her case. Her stated reason is understandable ( the father going out of state with child and blocking the mother's calls), but her revelation shows she's dishonest. During the trial, she told JM she never kept the child from him. She says she let him see her, but under her guidelines. What she displayed after the ruling was embarrassing and childish. She still has feelings for him, but is disgusted that he doesn't consistently pay child support. And, I think she is jealous of his new relationship. A mature, classy woman would have walked out of court and said nothing. To win and then turn to him and ask him why he lied and banter back and forth with him was childish, classless and screamed, "I still want your attention." To the father: pay court ordered child support and fight for visitation rights. To the mother: when court order visitation is granted, let the father see his child, she is not a pawn. To both: choose better next time, be intentional in who you date. Vet them. Study them to see if you would want to produce and parent a child with them.

So true. At least the Judge will come down on women like the plaintiff who deny visitation. The defendant has to go back to court to establish visitation(this is an old case, that child is almost 10 now). Women(like the plaintiff)want their money but dont want the dads to be in the children's life. SMH!!🤦🏾♂

I've been in a relationship with a violent woman b4. I never knew what would ser her off. One thing about them and others I know of is it's never their fault. I was married to a physically abusive woman. She spoke convincing and made up good stories just like this woman. I had to let her mark me up one night and restrain from touching her at all just for the police to believe me about the abuse. They will always get the benefit of the doubt

If there's no court order on visitation u can bring ur kid anywhere u want. Dude go to court get shared custody and just pay ur child support and go through a 3rd party to communicate with her. My parents weren't together when I was growing up. I was actually raised by my Gramma, but both of them were so important to me. I saw them both, with restriction of course, but they both played a part in me becoming the person I am today. I think I'm doing pretty well. Now that I have a son and his father and I aren't together, we both co-parent exceptionally. Sometimes people can't understand how we do it with no drama. We both love our child and he comes first. I wish more people were like that. ❤ It turned out great for me.

Child. Support payments should not be a prerequisite for seeing and interacting with one's child, but child support is mandatory for the care of a child. Producing children outside of a legal, loving, moral, and committed relationship is rife with UNNECESSARY problems and is a fertile ground for children growing up without stability and consistency. Hence an unstable society.

I don't believe a word that the ex-girlfriend, the plaintiff, is saying. I believe she's jealous of his beautiful new girlfriend. The fact that he openly admitted and even apologized to the judge about his actions on one occasion tells me that he is more convincing than she is anyway. I literally hate women that use their children as weapons and pawns against the child's father. Believe me Judge Mathis is going to see right through her momentarily. I believe this young man is a stand-up man and he's probably not paying this child support since he's not getting the right to see his child which is not permissible but understandable by the courts. I wish him the best because she's a real loser. Sadly the only person that's going to suffer is this precious child 😭🙏💯

Here in California, child support and visitation are not bound together, you can not pay a dime and still have visitation. The state may take away your privilege to drive or attach wages or tax returns but still does not affect visitation. Sounds fair to me.
