    I wish the NZ government would address the meth problem like they addressed the covid pandemic, it is far more destructive if it was tackled in a similar vein you would solve a whole lot of things ie; family harm ,housing crisis, begging,thefts, violence and not least of all severe mental health. How do I know from my own personal experience of having immediate family members being affected which has also caused destruction and heartbreak for myself and my grandchildren especially. I have fought for years and years to get help for one son in particular to no avail especially now he is an adult and I have been a non smoking drinking person which somehow makes me the 'bad guy's in the eyes of the users and abusers as I have boundries and standards ,yet never judge but try to offer all the support and forgiveness even though the trust has gone the love hasnt

      meth is not the big problem in a individual , meth masks the real problem what they are running from ,for example depression or the way they are treated by people around them or just bad circumstances .if you have no self discipline dont take meth . to get off meth you have to find another addiction cooking find a positive routine stop with excuses and do what you can do even if it is just tiny steps be proud of that ,You get out what you put in so you decide if that is negative or positive . 90% of the shit what happens to you is how you react to the 10% shit what happens to you by other people .the government dont help when they call them self the exsperts on getting people of meth but they have not got a clue because they have never taken meth and they tell the person on meth it is the drug whats at fault when it is the individual who is at fault who dont ask the simple question what positive thing have you done to day to better your self and if the answer is nothing ,you get out what you put in and if you put alot in you will look at meth and laugh that you thought meth had the power over you

      The same people who you think run countries all over the world are the ones who dictate how popular the gangs are. Do you think this kind of stuff would be shown to us if they didn't want it to be? How would they control society as a whole if they can't control what's shown and what's not. Politicians are drug addicts too, members of our own parliament are also patched gang members, and the same trade that they want you to believe is destroying our country is what makes it easier for them to draw our attention away from the things we should really be focusing on. In other words, gangs didn't form themselves, oppression is known as misdirection, but misdirection still has a destination so to oppress people into the wrong way of life was a carefully crafted, and maintained plan. The govt of countries all over the world created gangs. And they want you to believe they want to get rid of them, but it's cunning considering how lucrative gangs become. They know they can't get rid of gangs, they don't want to.

    I really love and appreciate this doco. It was fantasti! Thank you for making this.
    I'd like to say that I think we're missing the larger picture here. Methamphetamine is not the problem. It is not the root cause issue. It's just a symptom of a deeper cultural, societal and political problem. Whether it's meth, alcohol, opiates, pornography or any dopamine enhancing drug it doesn't matter. It's all the result of a larger issue. And on a basic spiritual level, we have all fallen pray to gluttony, greed & envy, and it's destroying people and cultures/societies. Love is the only path forward. As cliche as it sounds. But it's true.
    It's not an easy path forward though by any means. But we can do it, as a collective!

What they're doing should be against international law, deporting people who've lived in Aus for the vast majority of their lives with no support in their birth country. Their treatment evidenced here should be an international scandal.

    • @geoffreymartin6363
      @geoffreymartin6363 Před rokem +1

      It's my opinion that if they are to continue deporting the way they are, they should be obligated to fund rehabilitation support managed by the receiving country, with emphasis on disconnecting them from gang life, as well as making deportation centers on their side dedicated to rehabilitation, not imprisonment/punishment as is clearly the current case.

    Sonny Fatu was convicted of manslaughter following his active part in a seriously brutal group torture of a man that resulted in his death. At the time Fatu was acting president of his Mongrel Mob chapter. He claims he is reformed and shouldn't be judged on the past. He states he has paid his debt to society having served his prison time for that crime. Via that position, he thereby acknowledges the manslaughter. Obviously, he is still the head of his chapter. How is he still in that position? As seen in the programme, by the standard means: dominance through violence, fear and a body of men who protect him. This was a really good documentary and Oriini is superb. But she let Sonny off lightly. That is not a criticism. In the circumstances, we can understand why. However, her work did disclose Sonny as closer to the anti-social thug he really is rather than the public relations spin of the last few years. Good to see that spin is finally failing him. No surprise to see his troops failing him too.

      It the CIA is where drugs came from CIA is a Christian gang corrupting people's with drugs , and wars , these Christians create crimes for money , politicians created gangs , for money , the police are gang members and the terrorists against the public, , politicians murdered far more people's than any gangs in this world , they did the same shit in China, Japan Canada, Australia America, England, New Zealand, , it the white communist and British royals and other corporations organizations policies it all their corruption. Nz prime Ministers ordered some members of the police to murder elderly people's and stole their money , John key ,jacinda ardern, was involved ,, and other ex prime Minister , these are the people's should be more afraid off , not gang members, you would hardly ever see gang on the streets ,I worked with gang members never ever had an issue with them , had beers with them no issues , I've had more issues with the police and I'm catching a bus to go home after finishing work late at night, there are good cops and there are bad cops same with gangs ,it the individual people's that makes any gangs look bad , , worse gangs of all politicians policies, bro you be safe as in new zealand than South America

      @@proximacentauri3627The maori were militarily defeated.

    • @proximacentauri3627
      @proximacentauri3627 Před 3 měsíci +1

      @@Stephen-bq4nq Not true. Maori population suffered a significant loss during a civil war known as the musket wars a few decades earlier than that and then became a stable and very gradual decline. Which persisted before and after the conflict with the British. The Maori-British conflict was very small scale relatively speaking. So, to say manpower loss was an issue against the British is a complete fabrication. They waged a very successful guerilla campaign that brought the British to peace negotiations. Ironically, the musket wars between the Maori that killed so many was how the Maori became so well adapted to modern warfare. Using defence in depth bunkers and trenches with musket lines to negate artillery and maximise their troop efficiency with layer upon layer of trenches.
      Technically speaking, the treaty will expire and the British are supposed to give the land they use back. Obviously not going to happen and most Maori are part British these days anyway. But it's proof that they weren't militarily defeated.
