Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered is a historical action-adventure open world stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U,and Microsoft Windows. It is the fifth major installment and the third numbered title in the Assassin's Creed series, and a direct sequel to 2011's Assassin's Creed: Revelations. The game was released worldwide for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, beginning in North America on October 30, 2012. A Wii U and Microsoft Windows version are released in November 2012. The main portion of Assassin's Creed III is set before, during and after the American Revolution from 1753 to 1783 In addition to the historical period, the game also features the "present day" setting, where series protagonist Desmond Miles must adventure to prevent the 2012 apocalypse, as his story develops and reaches a conclusion. The game features a new engine, Anvil Next, built from the ground up, the engine is said to utilize full capability of current generation systems to deliver a "next-gen Assassin's Creed experience.
Multiplayer
The multiplayer mode features over 12 modes, one of which is Domination where players hold certain points on the map. You will be able to play as the British military and the mode is "run" by Abstergo, as with previous games. Game mechanics from the single player will be carried over to the multiplayer, therefore requiring players to utilise stealth and advance assassination techniques. Female assassins will also be included, as seen in Brotherhood and Revelations

Probably the best assassin outfit Ubisoft has ever made! The design is very unique and I love the detail of the eagle on the hood! I have a cosplay $250.00 costume of this outfit and I got to say it amazing and I love it! I don’t understand why people think AC 3 was a bad game. It was obviously a fan favorite as to why Ubisoft decided to remaster it and I got to say they did a pretty fantastic job! I myself am very patriotic and AC 3 is probably my favorite outside of AC 2 of course. Sure their could’ve been a better story and the dlc could’ve been way better than it was (Ubisoft was on some major crack making that most likely) but it was all in all a playable game! It has the best fighting style in the series and takes place in a very historical era of the USA’s greatest and most memorable moments! (Boston Tea Party & Civil War) probably some of my absolute favorite moments in history as I said before I’m very patriotic and am a sucker for history. All in all, a great video! Thank you for this exquisite content my friend!

This was great, I forgot how smooth ac3 parkour was. Could you do parkour with stealth kills next?
I think a lot of people forget how satisfying movement feels in AC3.

@@SuperMisteryMan01 most likely because the parkour is mechanically weaker than the previous games’ and the stealth is rather unintuitive and frustrating until you figure it all out.
My first ac, discovered the game in 2013 and to this time it is still, for me, the best game of the series. Connor was such a badass, a real killer.

The best gameplay in the assassin Creed Is in blackflag but the best story Is in assassin Creed 3. What a masterpiece
Connor has many movements which just love it’s nice to watch to parkour in the series being a gap between parkour of old series which is still good or new parkour a unity to Valhalla and has a way of not getting old due difenrnt setting giving a palyground for what ever character
I remember playing this game first and I was amazed by the parkour. The animations were amazing. It felt like my character had weight on him. After 3 I played Revelations and looking at the animations on Revelations, I realized how much improvement Ubisoft has done to the parkour system.

@@kimetsunoacademia3528 true that but I guess the Kenway parkour system really hits different because AC3 was the first game I played in the franchise. I admit that I had more freedom and control in the Ezio games but if they mixed that with the animations from the Kenway games, that would be heaven.

Personally, I’m with Jcers on this one. I think AC3 has the best parkour animations and animation blending in the series. And even though it doesn’t have as much freedom as AC1 - Revelations, it’s a nice middle ground between those games and Unity. Unity’s animations are nice individually, but they do not blend well together at all, and it’s very hard to control Arno.

AC3/Black Flag/Rogue actually have the best parkour: somewhere in the middle of animation flair, and responsiveness of the old games. Nowadays, the parkour is either very barebones (Origins to Valhalla) whilst some fans like to tout Unity's parkour as the best. Unity's parkour is the least functional of all, with your character going halfway across the map and floating around, even if the animations are cool. I think 3 hit the right amount of balance, plus the screen sway and the closer camera shots really sell the feeling of zipping up and down buildings. Wish they'd put back tree parkour too, but it's unlikely given the scale of these games nowadays and how all their parkour nodes are procedurally generated.
To me AC3 is the most realistic AC game from AC series so far

Why do people hate Ratonhnhaké:ton "Connor Kenway" and Aiden Pearce? Like Connor's mother was killed and his village was attacked when he was a CHILD and Aiden's niece got killed because of him and his nephew is traumatized. Imagine yourself in both of these situations. Wouldn't you feel guilty, enraged and be brooding all the time?

The game was a little janky but I actually liked it and I especially liked Connor as an Assassin. Connor was simplistic and naive in the beginning but over time, he began to learn and master his skill set. Most importantly, he learned to become wiser and patient. The combat system and free running in this game was fun asf though.

Has anyone tried pressing the aim button while Connor runs? This makes the camera zoom in on the character and it looks pretty cool. Also can press the right stick to switch from left to right... I don't know if it's part of the game or a bug, but I can't find any information on the web and I'm starting to think I'm the only one who does it.

isn't the run button on ps4 R2? When I start running it's more like a jog am I might be dumb or something but in my game connor doesn't run as fast as in this video
The sensitivity on your trigger is broken. I had the same problem when I played the game the first time and it damn near ruined it for me. Either replace the trigger or buy a new controller. There are other “DIY Remedies” for this, but I’ll not be held responsible for any broken controllers, lol
