Looks great. Big improvement. One thing that I’d mention for anyone doing this, be careful with old linoleum flooring. It often has asbestos. Make sure you wear a good respirator.

That drywall job was pretty rough. I think I would have put down the floor last.
My wife and I did laminate flooring throughout the house. She would lay the new panels on the last row installed while I banged them together. It made it much easier and faster.
The space turned out nice. I see you used R-13 in the overhead, how is the thermal efficiency of the space? What are you doing for HVAC up there? What area of the country are you in? I am looking to finish our attic and have mulling over insulation and HVAC.
Did you use baffles for the roof before installing the insulation?
I’m considering the same thing but what about ventilation for the attic?
They make vent baffles that go in-between the rafters before you put in your insulation

@@lytlspeeze Im doing my attic. I own the house. Im not getting permits for anything inside or backyard. I only get permits for stuff visible from road
