Maybe it's overstated but Derek's humility and hunger for knowledge from the OG's is really going to take him far in the sport

For me the only guy that beats him is Ronnie. Ronnie has a wayy bigger torso and chest, has crazy details to match up with Heath and is bigger overall. Dorian is next for as big as he was, lacked legs compared to Ronnie and Phil. His shape and detail also lacks in a lot of poses, comparatively. @@donnie9365

The ROIDER'S plan book:

The equipment here is about the best I've ever seen. I wish our little hole-in-the-wall gym could afford or fit it, but there is just no way. Why do people always say “It would be awesome if one more” been saying this since Flex Jay and now Phil, like do none of yall lift? You do know there’s no chance he’ll win there’s no point In coming back. Just from watching Hany work with ppl explaining things with FST-7 changed my physique. But even more so doing CZcams channel and the Y T shorts👌🏽people for years now think I'm being a douche or egotistical from flexing after a set for FST-7 and I still don't care!47 in good shape because of his tips.
