- Nintendo released a new Nintendo Switch OLED console special edition just in time for their new Super Mario Bros. Wonder game to hit the market. Of course, I had to pick this version of the Switch OLED up, it only made sense. I will compare it to the original red Switch that Nintendo released back in early 2021 as well. Let's open it up, take a look, and see why it's perfect for me.

Good video. I have never owned a switch and have been trying to get some money put together all summer. When I do, I want to buy this model of OLED. Here's hoping that they are still in stock when I go buy one.
very nice comparison between the two Mario Switches. I needed to see the difference between the two because I saw one locally for sale and couldn't tell if it was an OLED or regular model from the given pictures/description. Now I know the visual differences...thanks a million

Awesome video remember the other red switch you do a video in 2021 about it before you move to your house now the new color looks great and now in oled slightly better red than the other one reminds me of the virtual boy

Is it possible to have both connected to one account? And share the game library?
Yes you can. I have all mine connected to the same account, but only one can be set as your primary Switch. Your primary Switch can use all your digital games offline without verification, while non-primary Switches must connect online to verify software ownership.

I own the red and blue Mario edition and wish it was all red and black like the OLED Mario edition. I dislike the blue that comes with it so I'm thinking if I should sell it since it is boxed/not used yet and get this OLED Mario edition. I do however like the Nintendo Switch logo on the red and blue Mario edition more. The black stand doesn't bother me at all.
I’m the opposite I wish this came with the blue controller. This edition is too basic
I’ve been thinking of upgrading my V1 Switch to this since the Switch is still my most played console, only thing keeping me back is a new switch model/console coming out next year.
I understand completely. A lot of us think a new one is coming next year, but honestly, don't live in the "what if" mindset. I can counter it with a few opposite ones. What if it doesn't come out next year? What if it isn't backwards compatible? What if it's digital only?
In all honesty, I'd say get it and enjoy it now, if you can. Life is too short to not do something because of "what ifs".

I’m getting my oled today! I am trading in my series s and v2 switch! I wanted to get a better switch and I don’t mind about getting a new switch before the switch 2.
I keep my nails short, but I've gotten used to opening the Switch OLED game port. Took a while though😂
So bummed, I just got one from a major online retailer and it arrived with scratches and smudges all over the screen, had to return it.
I recently caved and bought an oled model, otherwise I probably would have bought this one. Looks cool. 👌
I guess if I really wanted to, I could always just get red joycons and a skin for the dock. 🤷♂️
Is it too late for you to exchange? If you got it at Walmart or Target, it should be pretty easy to do.

Fantastic decision to buy this beauty! Absolutely love it. I'm hoping to get one to go with my Switch Lite. I've never used the OLED Switch. Apparently the screen is awesome.
If it's Mario themed, then where's the blue? lol. Should also have a giant "M" too, lol.
It's based off the Virtual Boy version of Mario. 🤣

Okay, I'll give you a few pointers.
1. You need a better thumbnail with a something eye catching.
2. Your video title is plain and needs more highly searched words.
3. Don't put hashtags in your title.
4. It's just going to be hard until you get more subs. CZcams doesn't push channels that are not monetized in the algorithm as much as a monetized channel.
5. Make your videos a minimum of 8+ minutes.
Those are a few tips just from looking at your channel. I'm not the biggest channel out there, but I've learned a few things over the years and I've learned a few things from some of the bigger guys too.

I didn't even know about that game card flap problem, I just assumed that divet on the original would be on the OLED too.
Also as someone from the Boston area, mar-e-o is the only time I actually pronounce the R, aside from Toys R Us. We don't say the R in Walmart or target, Microsoft.
