- 2 tsp dry yeast
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ stick butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk for the egg wash
For the filling:
- 2 cups sour cream or cream cheese
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- fresh raspberries
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
