Jade rolling has been all the rage the past year and I finally got around to testing it out myself. While I was researching the jade rollers I came across Ice rolling and was immediately intrigued. I've been using both skin care methods the past few months and am in love with both for various reasons.
Jade Rolling benefits:

I jade roll and it’s amazing. My skin definitely feels different but I am going to try the ice roller. Late night with the kids especially when they are sick takes a toll on my eyes. So definitely going to try that one ❤️

I haven't tried the dermarollers yet but i do have the glo pro and LOVE it! pricier but worth it for at home treatments.

Should Jade rolling be the last step in your skincare routine? I always apply sunscreen to my face every morning after moisturizing so would it be ok to use the Jade Roller after applying the sunscreen?
Aly L. many people that Ive seen on youtube and facebook would recommend that you use a jade roller while you have sheet mask on or when you are Applying toner or essence.

Does the ice roller warm up after a minute or two? I tried putting my jade roller in the freezer, but once I've applied it to my face for about 30 to 40 seconds it warms up. And I want to know if the ice roller warms up or a does it stay cold for a couple of minutes?
It stays cold for a good amount of minutes

Yes it works on every skin, it’s cold therapy to tighten the skin. Combined with light face yoga. Keep moisturizing

M Yt I saw your question was not answered, the Jade is better for lymph drainage which will.help firm neck and jaw, ppl have to idea how many toxins are there, the ice roller is good for puffiness, they are both inexpensive on eBay. If you want t get rid of facial and under eye puffiness without. Spending money make a baking soda and water paste, apply gently and left dry, it also closes pores. If you do this I recommend buying Bods Red Mill baking soda, as it has no alluminum that can harm the body

I think either would work but stainless steel i always worry about for sanitary reasons because it can rust..so i like the idea of the plastic one. Although steel makes sense to get reallly cold so i can imagine it's super anti-puffing!
Stainless steel doesn't rust so that shouldn't be an issue.

you could but the jade stone is said to have specific benefits for the skin..I was just curious to see what each does and which I preferred. I use my jade roller much more than my ice roller.
