I think the bands should be much thicker so it won't look like you're wearing just an engagement ring

Can a 3 stone ring with a large center stone (5 carats) sit flush with an eternity band (4-5 tcw)?
It might be possible depending on how the eternity band is set- we make our three stone rings to sit flush with most wedding bands but if the band is too high it might not work
