Its an awesome buzz figure
I just noticed a flaw on this figure; the wings on the bottom where you take out and swap for the extended wings the molded white closed wings are still there but it's a great action figure I wouldn't mind swapping the ten buck version from mattel with this one, I could potentially see using this buzz in a future project of my channel a series if I had enough money to buy him and in a few weeks is my birthday but with this buzz and the mattel woody this is a good setup right here. I would probably play with this buzz than the real standard talking buzz lightyear toy since this guy has it even for an action figure this toy is the real deal. Articulation and I see Andy wanting a toy buzz with articulation and something he can play with in the movie than a toy with the gimics the laser and phrases this is what a kid would want to buy in the 90's if it was very cool and popular and hip from TV series. Although swappable parts n accessories is cool the shoulder suction cups for articulation on this toy are brilliant and nice very accurate spot on, the real toys that talk don't have that they're apart of the mold and are not like the character from the movie. But mattel with action chop and ten buck version of this toy do get articulation down minus swivel hands and not ball joint wrists, if I were to work at a toy company the next presentation you know what I would say? Let's make a movie accurate buzz lightyear toy from toy story seen in the movie we can improve and do better than what John Lassiter quoted. Let's go all out on this, wrist communicator, laser sound effects, multiple phrases, articulation and retractable dome in all let's do versions with karate chop and non karate chop gimic. It's going to be a very high quality pact big selling toy but very good decision. And to expand it Let's also throw in woody dolls with Tom hanks voice from archive recordings and some with Jim hanks because that's cool. Even buzz lightyear toy voice with pat Fraley and Tim allen versions. Oh and also let's make a new TV series about tempus morph and buzz lightyear have me as the creator and original concept idea of the show. Let's repack and sell some of the lightyear buzz suits as different characters in the TV series. Like microz, tecor, sunfire, lunar Larry and tempus morph. If all of this came to tuition to happen I would be a big creator in the industry but sadly I'm just a observer and a guy that does videos about my toys and shares thoughts with others and that's pretty much.
well they need creative mind and idea like yours, its dedicated fans around the world like yourself deserves more. Maybe mattel should do a regular version and a pro version. Regular for just anybody playing that can handle alot of damage drops pulls etc. A pro version for display or photography only . Mattel is doing something like that with their alpha class version and spotlight series version, they are an upgrade compare to the basic mattel figures but a slight bump, not even close to other lightyear figs like bandai dynamic action hereos , sh figuarts , hot toys , revoltech. Mattel needs to really step it up, i feel like they are more for profits than quality, i remember them rereleasing the signature buzz at your local target. Mattel didnt even update the phrases it was the same buzz back from 2016-2017 and the worst part they up the price from $40-$50 to around $110 for the exact same thing. Its sad lightyear didnt do so well , i want more figs especially the zurg lightyear version.
This is a late response, I just read what you implied awhile ago after I posted this, my response is maybe someday but I won't be too sure about it. Im struggling to find a job and I been out of school for over a year so I don't know if it's possible they consider people like me. I'm very particular with certain things in this world so.. I don't have a answer for that.

Great review of this figure. I've been meaning to get myself some high quality Toy Story figures. Can you confirm if this Buzz figure has ankle pivot? That would really help when it comes to posing him.
Thank you for pointing that, i cant believe i didn’t get that on the video, the ankles definitely twist pivot , im satisfied with dynamic action heroes figures , so far its my favorite brand , i dont have any revoltech hero cross action figures i heard those were also nice
@@collectorsunite1 Thanks for letting me know. That makes a huge difference with this figure! It's unfortunately too late for me to get the Revoltech figures and the aftermarket prices are nuts for them, but these Dynamic Action Heroes figures seem really great. I think Woody's posing is a little limited from what I've seen, but Buzz is awesome. Hopefully they make other characters like Rex and Zurg down the road. ^^
yesssss!! zurg, i really want them to produce more Zurg, i guess theres not much demand for him, he is one of our favorite villain, for sure ill buy one if dynamic makes one, ive seen a herocross zurg but expensive.
@@collectorsunite1 They really should focus on Zurg as he's a big part of Buzz's character, not to mention the fact that the new Lightyear movie is coming out soon.
have you seen the lightyear trailer yet. we really hope he is a part of it, there was a small moment that we think that zurg is going to make an appearance, its around 1:19 of the trailer . we were wishing its the evil emperor

Its a good action figure compare to others , it has more articulation and not as sensitive like the other articulated buzz, you’re going to like it

If you compare him with your basic Mattel Buzz Lightyear figure,they are basically the same height,the Mattel one does lack a lot of the color on him though.Beast Kingdom Buzz's faces are his normal face,his Toy Story 1 and 2 grimacing look,and his Toy Story 2 delicious hot Schmoes face😄
Yeah big price different too u get what you pay for, but the Mattel for sure can take a beating compared to the beast kingdom, the face swaps is great , probably our favorite feature, we wish he would have more facial expression, do you guys have a beast kingdom buzz too?

Probably the most accurate buzz Lightyear you can get right now but I do wish the fingers were articulated.
i agree so far he is our most accurate and most stable buzz in our 7 inch collection , for the price we paid we are very satisfied not to expensive not to cheap either, we hope they make a lightyear version.
I’m having trouble taking off the jet pack for the sticker do you have any strategy or advice?
you can try getting a dental floss just to get in the back between the jetpack and just pull slowly enough to get the pegs to kind of come off.
