The director confirmed that in Pure Physical might Bhallaladeva > Amarendra Bahubali ( Father ) and Mahendra bahubali, slightly
In terms of skill and out of box thinking, Amarendra ( Father ) > Bhalla slightly
On the whole, in total Combat ability Amarendra Bahubali and Bhallaladeva are equal and are both slightly better than Mahendra Bahubali, very slightly
Outside combat, Amarendra Bahubali ( Father ) also has more creativity and problem solving abilities
Bhalla has more Machiavellian intelligence and cunning on his side
They both are perfectly balanced and opposite to each other
I was honestly surprised by the way Bhalla stood his ground against Mahendra Baahubali i thought it was gonna be one sided slaughter but i gotta give it to the director he made it a very interesting/worthy fight to the end

The Director actually wanted to make Bhalla even more powerful, more powerful than Amarendra and Mahendra, but people in india expect Hero to be very Powerful compared to the Villain
So he had to compromise and made both Equal
