Spotlight: Mónica Chinchilla

As part of the series on 'Strengthening the Chemical Weapons Convention', SIPRI interviewed Dr Mónica Chinchilla, International Law lecturer and researcher at the Universidad de Navarra. Here, she speaks about key security challenges and what key actors should take the initiative to address these challenges. The interviews were conducted during an expert workshop in Stockholm in December 2023.
