Doesn't suprises me, welding seams by hand instead of an automatic welder is one example. I see many companies that don't want to provide proper tools and equipment for guys to get the jobs done faster and efficient. Guys gluing up curbs with 3" brushes instead of a 9" inch roller. Unreal. Hope the workers at least found a good company that would give them better direction.
